Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaNo convenient store near to hotel. I have a problem with my air-conditioned in my room. Without aircond, the room become so hot due to its facing sunset. Need some adjustment then ok. No refrigerator to store foods and drinks.
Tealive is at the lobby. Near to clinic, laundry and several restaurants. The room has a ceiling fan which is very good for ventilation.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the facilities offerred by the hotel management. There is ample parking space around the hotel that are solely for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is near the city centre and places of interests, for example, The Payang Market , Chinatown, Batu Buruk Beach, Crystal Mosque, just to name a few. The hotel staff on the day that we checked in was helpful.

MalaysiaThe drainage in the bathroom give off an unpleasant smell. We arrived early to the hotel from airport (first flight from kl) , and go to the hotel . Reception told us that room are ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra rm50. We are so tired n just pay rm50. But no receipt from the reception. Im not sure if im not aware the early check in procedure.
