Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaWhen the hotel is busy, there were not enough beds by the pool at all and lots of people had to sit on the floor/leave towels and dry by the side. Breakfast was also very busy with queues. I didn't realise it also shares facilities with Four Points by Sheraton
The room, the breakfast and the staff were all incredible. The playground is also fantastic.

Singaporeas much as the hotel is kid-friendly, the pool staffs and at the hotel lobby were not that good in handling kids. kids are bound to be moving here and there from being excited and sometimes tend to run for a mere second. parents are there to remind the kids. getting reprimanded for the slightest by hotel staffs isnt a great experience for them. but yes understand its for the safety. could maybe tone down the authoritative nature of it.
closely located to the monorail. great variety of choices for the breakfast spread and all really delicious. swimming pool very kid friendly with slides for kids and playground. room was really comfortable and nice view of the kl tower.

LibyaSwimming pool was very crowded and not comfortable to swim. Also I had to argue with reciption to get a connected rooms for the family as I requested this since I booked the hotel.

small accident happened at the pool but it cause non stop bleeding, one of the Philippines (man) staff- pool watch ( im sorry cant recall his name) immediately respond and help our family, and even when we bumped each other after the incident he greet by asking "is everything oke?do you need any help?" we also asked bandage from front counter ( lady with hijab and spec) straight away get the first aid kit and pass to us. KUDOS team!

Brunei DarussalamHotel was relatively new so gym facilities were still not fully set up yet. Main road in front of the hotel can get noisy sometimes and the windows were not fully soundproof despite being on the 17th floor.
Hotel is in a great location within 10 mins walking distance from Suria KLCC. Bukit Nenas monorail station is just across the road if you want to head towards Bukit Bintang instead which is 2 stops away. We got the Bay Room which offered ample space for the family and I during our stay. The swimming pool and play area was definitely the main draw for kids and grown ups alike! The staff were extremely courteous and more than happy to tend to your requirements. The restaurant was fantastic. We went for their famous seafood buffet which was very good value! We were so glad we opted for it!

MalaysiaPool can get a bit overcrowded during the evenings. Suggest to go in the morning/afternoon if u want to avoid the crowd. There was also a "fire alarm" issue on the day we checked in which was rather unpleasant. However the manager (Bernice Low) was very helpful and quick to rectify the situation -- kudos to her for great customer service.
The pool was superb for the kids -- great fun.
