Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSome of the specialty food in the courtyard was a little bit disappointing as they were a bit cold due to the food being made available for Muslims breaking their fast. Although this is very thoughtful of the establishment, consideration could have been given to keep the food warm as well as tidied up after the previous diners.
The location was excellent as the hotel is linked shopping centres which are all fully air conditioned. Checking in and out was a breeze and service with a smile was the standard with all staff we met. The breakfast area was very relaxing and the varieties offered were to be commended.

AustraliaThe room smelt a bit musky at times, likely due to minimal airflow. Wish the pool area was bigger - got a bit crowded at times. Also I wish the bathrobes was included in the room, rather than needing to pay extra for them!
Location of the hotel is great. Everything is walking distance with all the malls and Petronas Towers. The buffet breakfast was great, so much variety and it changes each day. Bed was very comfy too.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast is till 10:30am and the stock on some stations was not refilled from 9:50-10am onwards, which got refilled after asking a few times. Breakfast was extremely nice and it’s impossible not to enjoy it till the last minute 😁.
Exceptional breakfast spread! The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Complementary water in the rooms was served in the glass bottles, which made me extremely satisfied ☺️. Variety of tea and coffee pods for coffee machine in the room was nice. We’ve been very happy about the size of the king room. The location of the hotel is very convenient with direct access to the mall. Great housekeeping service. Special thanks for extending our check out time.
