The pillows were really uncomfortable and caused my neck to get quite sore. Having to pay for a replacement key was annoying and not being able to sit outside to wait for a taxi was pedantic.

The property was great for families. The apartments had lots of space with all the amenities needed to make a stay comfortable. The location was fabulous (lots of restaurants close by), concierge staff attentive and the Starbucks machine was great for morning coffee. We were so grateful for the free upgrade to a three bedroom.

Apartment is clean and 24hrs mart is accessible. Few mins walked to Lot 10, Sungai Wang and few other malls. Overall a pleasant stay for us a family of 7 Thanks ParkRoyal!

First room came with dirty bedsheets and pillow cases, lots of black stains and even strands of hair. Was immediately given another room with an upgrade. Much cleaner, though bedsheet still comes with slight black stains (I recognized it as the kind of stains when you washed white linens in a dirty washing machine). But it was late and I was too tired to ask for linen change so just used a towel to cover it over. Kudos to the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. Fast service recovery!

Very spacious room, very good location but I recommend not to take a cab during peak hours due to traffic congestion. Walking distance to the metro and shopping malls is a plus. Very well equipped gym. Kitchen is also well equipped and clean.

A bit outdated compare to other hotels with similar rating. 1st day sink was leaking and flooded the bathroom.

over all comfortable stay nothing out of this world. I had stayed at better properties. The rooftop view was very nice and the jacuzzi that kids liked but water was cold.

The hotel was impeccable and the staff were very courteous. The suite was up to our expectations. It was clean and spacious. Some of the furnitures need to be refreshed but that did not impede on our comfort. We really enjoyed our stay at PARKROYAL. It was also within walking distance to Pavilion and other attractions which was a plus. We definitely recommend the place and would come back again.

Technically and ethically and professional like other hotels we stayed, the cleaning staff should replenish everything was provided in the room on the first day of checkin everyday but the cleaning staff short change us and did not replenish slippers, laundry bag, shower cap from the second day of our stay for nine nights. We told the reception staff about the room was charged the same rate everyday and what made them not to replenish or provide everything the same as first checked in. As usual politely apologise and still not good enough to replenish the missing items. The appearance of the wall, room structure and interior were built so bad of workmanship that it did not look presentable under the. Parkroyal branding. It looks like the 3 or 4 star room appearance.

The location was good as it was near to shopping centers, transport and food.

Traffic outside the building every day - makes it hard to get in and out via car during peak hour. Bed was too short - my partner is 6'0 and his feet hung off the bottom of the bed. Lift was slow so wait times were longer. We were on the 26th floor, and the level wasn't air-conditioned, just the rooms. Both the bathroom and kitchen sink gets clogged so would have to wait for it to settle. Aircond leaked at times. Laundry was expensive to operate - RM18 per wash and you had to get the detergent from the front desk (which we didn't know as there were no signs telling us).

Location was close to Pavilion and Jalan Alor, ~7 mins walk to either. Room was big, decent facilities. 7-11 and some eateries right outside. Staff were friendly. Skypool and other amenities were clean and well kept.

the room furnishing was dated and was damaged in some spots, our aircon leaked every so often. The retractable dining table didnt have a lock so would retract while eating. the kiddies play area was very small, and not well maintained - most elements were broken in some way or another.

the rooms were spacious and well lit. The kitchen was well accessorised although an additional plate or two would be useful. The location is fair, walking distance from the main streets however the streets to et to this area do smell. very helpful and friendly staff

1. The Receiption's Staff are not co-operative at all. I came to the hotel at 7:15 am. I made the payment at 7:27 am. I requested an early check-in with extra-payment. I even requested several times as my wife & I travel all the night. The front desk wasn't supportive. because firstly they said they will give the room when someone checks-out. Secondly they serve differently to the booking.com customer. because they are very supportive for the direct booking custom as they are providing the room immediately after they arrive. Even, they differentiate the customer services as per passport basis. If you have a passport other-than Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan & Pakistan then they will give prompt service. Even, they provide extra service to them like water and snacks to them. I feel very sorry for this service. 2. They didn't provide lotion or cream at room.

I like the room most. The cleaning staff Mr. Ibrahim is very friendly. The atmosphere is really good. Also the location is excellent. You can have outside food at room.
