Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaCleanliness. As a single female traveller, I did not feel safe. As soon as I saw the room, I wanted a refund but it was denied. I didn't stay a night, I left the same evening. Sheets were not clean and disgusting stains on the walls. I've stayed in many budget hotels around Kl, however this is the worst.
The location is easily accessible. Surrounded by restaurants & convenient stores. Walking distance to the mall.

ThailandHotel is situated right next to a club, unfortunately because of the sound and vibration coming from the club. I was unable to sleep until 2am and therefore woke up late! Hotel managers need to step up their game, this is not a good look at all. What’s the point of booking a hotel, when you can’t sleep!? This is the hotel’s responsibility, and not the guests and they have known about this problem, since opening of the night club! For this reason I’ll be giving a bad review, as I wasn’t happy!
