Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Malaysialift service was bad. breakfast less choice and mostly finishes fast and top up takes more time. breakfast place was too congested. each room only provided with 1 access card. the room had 2 airconds. one of it didn't work the 1st night. i had to call the technician to check on it and was fixed but was told not to switch off the aircond and to let it run. bathroom shower handle was broken too. so we had to hang the shower on the rails.
location was okay. parking was easy. room was clean.

MalaysiaSince we get room at block B, facing the opposite hotel can be a little bit uncomfortable because the curtains provided were only blackout curtains and no sheer curtains. So, the options were the opposite hotel rooms view or no view at all.
The queen size bed was good and comfortable. But the pillows were surprisingly smelly. The breakfast spreads were good. Nice sambal nasi lemak as well.

Malaysia1. I wrote an email for 2 requests before Check-in. There was no reply to my email. Communication by the Hotel Management needs to be improved. 2. Also, the TV connection was bad - can the Cable Operator fix it?
Breakfast for the 1st 2 days were not great. On Day 3 & 4, we were upgraded to the restaurant at Ames Hotel next door. We enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet at Ames Hotel.

SingaporeNot a private property; hotel was located in a mixed used building with some retail and offices. Does not appear to have security either, but you get what you paid for.
The hotel was cheap and located near the Ayer Keroh Toll Station. This hotel was intended as a stopover on a road trip up North while avoiding a drive all the way into Malacca City, hence it met the expectations. The hotel breakfast was also quite decent considering the price we paid.

Malaysia1. It was raining heavily when we checked-in. There was a lot of water on the floor at the Drop-off area and on the floor at the Pedestrian Bridge from Block C to Block A (Level 2 or 3). 2. The Cash Deposit of RM50 is unnecessary. I paid in full with my Credit Card upon Check-in.
Spacious Room with a Pantry at a good price. We also enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet (at the hotel next door).

We love the choices for breakfast. A very good mix of local and western. Location of the hotel is ideal for us - close to the toll without the traffic congestions on arrival and even on departure.

MalaysiaCharges for early check-in by which usually 4 - 5 star hotels will just waive whatever charges prior to early check-ins. Unchangeable. A senior citizen with spinal issues need to rest from a long journey travelling by car and to attend an official event at 2.30pm, what do you expect? To let the elderly to lay down in his daughter's car and wait until the hotel's check-in time? I've been to many hotels and some of it I had asked for an early check-in, none of them asked for additional charges. Lights in the room, I don't think it's sufficient enough to brighten up the room. Secondly, I was not so shocked to see the physical building of the hotel; improperly looking for a hotel classification. It should be categorised as apartment hotel. And please advise the Old Town White Coffee to be as normal as the other OTWC out there. Lame excuses given when it comes to serving ONLY 2 MAIN MENUS on a Saturday night. Luckily Lepak Santai has superbly prepared great menus with excellent presentation n taste of the ordered items.
