Bathroom was not very cleaned, you can still see the mop streaks.

They offered breakfast buffer over at The Shore, I suppose it was a spillover cause the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast offered at The Shore was really good with a huge spread.

I feel the water pressure was abit slow in the shower. The tv channels only 2 channels available. Maybe can add more option.

The bed. At least we deserve a queen bed size not double single.. and the perfume inside the lift is not nose-friendly. And the breakfast,why we have to walk?(you know what I mean) and I don't know why,but it's okey because the food was great anyway. 😅

The location of the hotel is perfect for us,just beside 7-11 where we can get things we need..near to the mamak also. And we did walking to the jonker street night market from the hotel..exhausted?🥵 of course but we get a great experience and phone full with photos. Thankyou mio 🤗

It just doesn't feel value for money. Everything just okay, nothing good or bad.

Plenty of parking space outside of hotel, 1.2km walking distance to Jonker street. Hotel breakfast temporary sharing with The Shore hotel, and we have to walk there for our breakfast (about 5min walk). Breakfast place is quite crowded, basic breakfast choice provided. Room is considered spacious for this price.

Room a bit small but very affordable

It's a hotel that i will definitely be a regular in the future. Clean room, We checked in a little over 9.30pm but the reception staff is very welcoming. Room is clean, beddings, bathroom and they even have small fridge. Have bath towel, some toiletries and some refreshments in the room. Breakfast is superb, buffet style with variety to choose from. All in all 9/10. There is some room for improvement but all is good.

I found dead cockroaches in the toilet. The TV has limited channels.

Comfortable room, staff was friendly and helpful, ample parking, breakfast at the neighbouring hotel was great, food was delicious..i enjoyed it very much...will come back for sure

Water heater a bit difficult to figure out on how to properly use (apparently need to balance the part that controls both hot and cold water). Also, please offer options for room with Queen Bed and add 1 more chair in the room.

The location is very near to every main attraction. Everything took less than 11 minutes by car. The Shore Mall / Oceonarium is right in front of this Hotel.

The hotel must ensure no dogs are allowed in front of the lobby door to keep the cleanliness of the hotel and smooth check-in for the customer. We requested for extra bedding however there was none available.

It’s not that we didn’t like anything, however our observations were that the hotel in general was tired and required investment. However, the advent of bigger and more modern hotels may make it difficult for this hotel to make a decent turnover in which to invest.

This is a difficult review because it would appear that this hotel has been struggling and is in recovery. Our stay was very inexpensive yet our stay was very comfortable with good beds, very good bed linen, a spacious room with a good view and attentive housekeeping and reception staff. Throughout our stay we had to take breakfast at the neighbouring hotel but this was a big bonus as the food was very good with a wide choice of Malaysian and continental and English breakfast choices.
