To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Malaysiathe bathroom towels dont smell good, it isn't bad but that can be improved
compared to hotels of similar and higher prices, the rooms were bigger in size, there is a kitchen, good breakfast and a nice bathroom. I stayed in the hotel 3 times so far and i plan to book again in the future if i ever need to go to KL again! the staff are nice and give leeway for requests, such as extending checkout time by 2 hours.

Convenient location close to the city centre, walking distance from MRT station and various eateries/groceries - Jaya Grocer at Intermark is just 10 mins walk. Room is as large as a studio apartment, two cupboards, fridge and cooking space if you feel like cooking by yourself.

SwitzerlandNot related to the hotel but to Booking: this is 3 star hotel and not a 5 star as mentioned on Booking! Cleaning needs improvement: toilet paper holders were dirty and there was a strange brown stain on the light switch and wall towards the bathroom.

The check-in & check-out were seamless, and the reception was great and helpful. Took the pool view which was very nice especially at night, overlooking the tall buildings and many lights. Parking was easy too, near to the lift up to the hotel. A very suburban resort-like feel in the middle of the city. Good for chilling and working

I loved the big room and the kitchen. It was one of the most comfortable hotels that I've ever stayed in. There was everything that a visitor might need. I loved that I could sit on a sofa and watch tv or sit in a really comfortable armchair and read or just lie in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great, the shower terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great too. We have been staying in hotels for the last 4 weeks. Micasa was without doubt the best.
