If you are a light sleeper, you need to avoid room numbers xx5,6,7, and 8 because their windows face the main traffic. There's no facial tissues or room slippers provided, so you need to bring your own if you consider them to be essential amenities.

Stayed for 2 nights here, and it fits my budget. Berjaya Times Square is just opposite (same as bus drop-off and pickup area) and other major shopping area is a 10min walk away.

The bedroom floor is a bit dirty, there were some hairs lying around. The pillows are very thin.

Pretty nice location (if you have a car. Otherwise you would have to take weird routes if you’re walking there from the MRT station). Decent room and amenities.

The pillow is not fluffy. They need to change on that. Request for a hair brush. They also need to look at their aircond. It's AC is leaking

Breakfast was almost everyday the same thing. Toilet paper had always to be asked for. It is said that each room has an iron but it was a common external iron for each floor and not even a steam one. Cleaning of rooms was not properly done each day. Reception staff could be a little more fluent in English.

The location of the hotel is perfect to go around Kuala Lumpur.

No smile or a hello from the lady where we go to take our breakfast every morning and I think she control the kitchen she wear black clothes. Everyday sausage and almost same things to eat I told them in the kitchen but they say yes it will be like this. I stay 2 weeks and fed up with this foods everyday morning.

The air condition in my room was so hot and i have made a complain with the front desk but unfortunately it seems that they didn't bother to check it. As a result of this i ended up sleeping without using the blanket as i was sweating almost every night and not to mention it was even hotter during day time. I hope the hotel management could look into this issue. Otherwise i would rate this hotel 9.0

As usual this is the hotel that i always choose to stay in Bukit Bintang area. Kuala Lumpur is like a second home to me and this is the only hotel i choose every time i visit the city. Located within just a few minutes walk from major shopping malls and restaurants. The newly opened Bukit Bintang City Centre or Lalaport Mall is just a merely 5 minutes walk from this hotel. I have been staying at this hotel since it was firstly opened back in the year 2012 - 2013 and i realized that they have made a slight improvement especially inside the room itself. I could see that the hotel management had made a little refurbishment to the room that i was staying.

The carpet is old and can get smelly. The furniture is old. Towels are old and no longer white but light brown. The lift is smelly. The staff enters the lift with their dirty and smelly cleaning stations when guests are in. When they do the room, they switch off the water heater and you cannot enjoy a decent bath when you get in the room after a long sweaty walk.

Great location with shopping centres around. Close to main public transport pick up points. All amenities within 3 minutes walk. Room is adequately spacious. The staff is very experienced and provides good guidance.
