Need to upgrade their bathroom such as change their old bidet and shower head. The bedsheet and pillow case were smelly, they need to change it more frequent.

Near to the beach (about 10 minutes walking to the main beach) and small cafes. Had room with aircond.

The air conditioner is not functional. There is no receptionist, alas, making the 'contactless' deposit refund is hard, after a few messages and a call.

The shower and the wifi is good. walking distance to the beach.

location. very near to cheating beach, you could have a nice walk to the beach. very accessible to food stalls and you can even order food on grab. 10km to kemaman to access all the good foods there, nice. host and staff very friendly, i was late to check in l(after check in time) but still permitted to stay. thankyou for that gesture.

The room looks gloomy due to the dark paint. No TV in my room

Serenity. Good location although need to walk around 5 minutes to the beach. The price is affordable and the quality of stay is good value for money. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to help. Also Thank you for the free breakfast during my stay.

The room has bad odour in the first day i arrive, the beds are makes me a little itchy.

when I was leaving I couldn't find no Grab to go to the bus station and when I asked one of the owner's family they didn't speak English so I had to go and ask other people, also the room is accessible by lizards and some insects, so just make sure not to open the door at night when the light is on inside the room, and I got a repellent spray for lizards with me and it helped

the location was good, 5-10 mins to the beach, 2-3 mins to the restaurants, and the nature and the sounds at night coming from the trees were amazing, I was bored in the beginning then realized I was in the middle of the jungle, in the morning I could see some monkeys, I liked the area itself too. tea, Nescafe, and kettle were provided, u can cook there as well.

Got tahi cicak on chairs and table (can improve on this). Shower was consider a dribble (lucky they provde a pail inside the bathroom)

Lovely staff. Simple rooms but with everything you need (towel,coffee,sugar,soap). No air con was not a problem as two provided fan did the job. Wifi works well. Parking available. Suits the room price. Besf!!!

The bathroom is terrible, very dark, so to use you need to maintain the door open, When we arrived, it was complete wet, and there was not toilet paper.

all ok as the price was very little.

just one night stay. good value for cost. we just wanted a place to crash for the night. everything works. towels provided. it’s very basic but for this price perfect for us. tiny verandah to have coffee and watch sunrise. in midst of village life. very helpful staff from start to end (giving us extra sachets coffee!)

The floor is bad. Understand it's worth the money,but maybe they can change the mat. Toilet is leaking. My husband fix it for quick solution. The kettle jug also not functioning. When we ask for replacement, receptionist said it's only can be done by tomorrow morning. Luckily there is a water dispenser at their registration station.
