Loved everything

The location was just beautiful. High in the hills, peaceful and secluded. Beautiful views. Lovely pool and the plants and landscaping was gorgeous. The bungalow rooms were perfect and beautiful. Loved all the frosted coloured glass. Lots of different places to sit and relax.

certain areas look strangely deserted: the lounge, the outside bar, the restaurant. we were the only guets which felt odd because its actually a really nice place.

Getting to and from the place is a bit challenging / expensive. As the place is quite isolated there wouldn't be much to do if staying for a longer period of time.

We loved the location, the pool, the greenery all around and the views. It was very peaceful and a great place to relax for a while.

Customer service is exceptional. Great place for a short getaway. The enviroment is serene that allow us step away from our busy mind temporary. At here, u can enjoy the peacefullness and beautiful sound of birds chirping n singing.

Everything was amazing !

+ peace and quiet … super tranquil + superb views from the hilltops + great local food prepared for us + the most thoughtful staff + WiFi is v good + the pool … not heated but not required ! We had the whole hilltop to ourselves as we were there early to mid week. Points to consider: If you’re used to snacking you’ll need to buy these in advance and take them with you as food is limited to breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is typically what staff can obtain locally. Staff leave the hilltop resort at around 8-9 pm which for us, meant we had the whole resort to ourselves which was magical but could be eerie for the more feint hearted. Take plenty of mozzie spray ( I’m a walking Kebab for the average mosquito) and have still come away with a dozen bites! Make sure you have a confident taxi driver as the road up and switchbacks put our cabbie off and we had to call up for the staff to come down and get us.

Only drawback was the level of comfort and cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Toiletries were sparse and there were limited towels. The hotel is sparsely staffed. I get it that it is post pandemic. For example no staff after 9,30pm. This is more like chalet stay than hotel but if one is forewarned then expectations can be managed. Overall no major gripe.

The location was wonderful among the fruit trees and vegetation on a hill. Lovely views of sunrise and sunset. Staff was very cordial and accommodating. Food was wholesome, home cooked, healthy and delicious Swimming pool was excellent in its setting and location

Malihom is located in Private area so It’s complicated to get there. There are fence which is blocking people who are not allowed to get in but also people who booked the accommodation also need to contact to pass the way. Some more details about the way of approaching Mali home would be helpful to visitor.

I could feel the great nature of Penang in Malihom. Though the location is quite hard to get but when I finally get to Malihom I was totally satisfied with the whole things of Malihom. Facilities, view, and kind managers, private and peaceful atmosphere, nice food… Everything was far better than I expected. I would definitely like to recommend this place to someone who need to be cured from stressful mind.
