We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaWe had food for lunch at Grand Lexis. The food is horrible. Rice was not fully cooked, and the tandoori chicken had a raw smell. It's not worth the price for the type of lunch they provided.

MalaysiaThe playground is available but under renovation which is a let down as my 2 years old child really want to spend some time playing there. We had a small train ride in the evening instead. I wish there was a little more activities catered for small kids. Although it was my birthday, but I would love to see my kid playing more in the hotel. Pool is available but the amount of people playing in the pool was crowded and we decided to pass. Apart form that, there is nothing much to do.
I went to Port Dickson to celebrate my birthday with my small family and we decided to stay at Lexis Port Dickson. It was a last minute decision as I was busy with work lately. Check-in was uneventful. We stayed in a Premium Tower Room. Typical of a Lexis hotel where almost every room has their own pool / jacuzzi bathtub which we appreciated. There were a lot of options during breakfast buffet.
