Chose this place since we frequented here during childhoods and heard it was refurbished. We tried checking in early at 2pm since we arrived early and the place doesn't seem busy at all. We had a couple of elderly and young children with us. Only after my sister insisted, they reluctantly allowed us to check in early. The road to the room was not in good condition I'd say. It was bumpy and not well maintained. The corridors were somewhat okay with bits of maintenance going on. The rooms were not really up to my expectations. One of the rooms had no towels, so we had to request them. One bathroom had a leaking ceiling in the shower area. One of the phones wasn't working. The rooms themselves did not feel super clean. One of our children has eczema. He was flaring up. So we had to put extra creams for him to calm down.

Booked two of the Pool Triple Rooms which have interconnecting doors for a total of RM536 without breakfast via booking.com (no breakfast combo were available). Stayed for 1 night (Sunday check in, Monday checked out). The room was very close to the pool. So you can either walk down flights of stairs with your bags, park near the lobby or bring your car down and park nearby the pool area. However, the rooms size were spacious. There were mini ironing board with iron. Safety deposit box. Mini chiller. Some basic ammenities. Extra pillow. Praying mat. Pool area was very big. Children would definitely enjoy playing. Not many people used them. Cafe was good with decent choice of food. Had to pay extra RM25 per adult pax.

Strange hotel, we walked to the via a very strange passageway. Didn't like it and it was very far. The bathroom had hot water. The corridor was not brightly lite and there was a lot of mould stain. Strange design for the hotel. The hotel looked a bit run down. We stayed for night, so it was ok for that only

The room service order was served in a takeway bento box. Its not proper. The food was good. Suggest to serve in proper plate and utensils.

The room was large but rundown. They had a balcony but no chairs or table. The toilets were alright, could maintain a bit better The glasses were dirty and not washed properly The food was bad and tasteless, the service was slow.

The pool is perfect. Lifeguards were friendly. We kept our belongings there and it was safe. They had slides and you can rent the float for 20 ringgit. They have kids pool and adult pool. Adult pool max 5ft

Booked triple room pool view but was told nobody in the same building so i was advised to change to garden view..then the next day i saw clothes hanging at the balcony at the supposed “empty” building so felt cheated by the receptionist.

The location. At the centre of seremban but still away from bustling city..peaceful environment. Had a good run around the area in the morning.

There is some stain on the bed sheet and dust on furniture where the glasses are placed.

The room is luxury and comfort to stay. All facilities and complimentary are excellent. The staffs also are so kind and helpful.

The shower head, unfortunately, is mounted on the ceiling, posing a slight challenge when it comes to adjusting the angle. Consequently, it can be a bit tricky to take a shower without getting your hair wet.

Breakfast is priced at RM25 per person, offering a decent selection of options. While the facilities may be a tad outdated, they are diligently maintained. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, always sporting a cheerful smile. The rooms provide a tranquil environment throughout the day and night, with comfortable beds that guarantee a pleasant stay.

It is quite sad to say that, the hotel a bit run down now, without proper maintenance and management. The paint, housekeeping, car park system, mold here and there at the toilet 🚪 door and even the electronic door system run out of battery, we can't open the door. It's quite troublesome for the far located rooms especially near the swimming pool area. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying at this memorable hotel, and perhaps, we wish, some rich guy will donate and put a fund to manage this hotel and make it great again. Many potential things can be done. They need new investors like IHG , Far East Hospitality company etc to invest and make more money 💰 and reproduce back to the locals , for events, functions, wedding etc.

The resort quite big located near to the famous nightlife Seremban lake, active after the dark. Many famous local folks staying here including the elite family, some of them .. spacious swimming pool and room. I saw many Singaporean came to stay and some big name hoteliers like the Marriott having their meeting and stay here. I see a lot of potential can be done here. Need investors.

A lot of leaking and waterproofing issues around the building (not the main hotel building), from leaking ceiling in the hall way, to bathroom water seeping through walls on both inside of the room as well as outside of room as can be seen from peeling paint on the lower part of the walls. So for a newly refurbished room, everything from 2ft up looks nice and pleasant, but not below. Pool could be better cleaned - lots of leaves and dead insects on the sides (bees, dragonflies, beetles, even noticed a small tree frog!). For the most part of the pool, especially on the deeper end (5ft), it's not too bad. It could also be better maintained (lots of broken pool grating, nail on the floor next to changing room that looks like it's being repaired, chipped/broken/dated wooden bridge connecting main pool and the kids' pool, rusted metal and its stain marks in various places). Parking for those saying at the garden/triple rooms are not in designated spots. Basically just anywhere on the side of the small pathway leading towards the building away from the main hotel building/parking area. It's very close to the room, which is good and still within hotel vicinity, but unsure how safe considering there's an apartment just next to it that someone can just hop across.

Price of room and food (breakfast buffet and lunch value meal set) was very reasonable. Triple pool room is newly refurbished with clean new toilet, and just steps away from the pool. Pool is huge with a few slides to keep the kids entertained. Generally it looks like they're working to improve the place, but still a lot of work to be done.
