We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaA minor issue, but there were quite a few leaves on the floor by the pool, which could be tidied up more frequently.
I enjoyed the excellent service from the staff, particularly Hana at the Regency Club, who was very polite and attentive. The club offered a nice, exclusive space to relax and enjoy evening drinks. The hotel’s beachfront location was perfect, and the variety of dining options truly enhanced the experience. I especially enjoyed Coals by the Beach, where the bbq food was delicious, and the beachfront setting created a wonderful atmosphere for dining. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a restful sleep after long, relaxing beach days.

United KingdomThe stuff in the room definitely needs an upgrade. The bathroom door was chipped, table had coffee cup stain and room in general did not look the price that was advertised for.
Great location and amenities were very good! Many restaurants in site and therefore did not have to leave location to go out! Deffo loved how the hotel was located at the beach site.

The in room bar services could be better for a five star, the fridge was empty. The bathroom utilities apart from the towels were only for 2 people, when we had booked for 3 adults.

MalaysiaI ordered the chicken rice from room service for my daughter, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The chicken didn’t taste fresh, and the rice was soggy. Honestly, the chicken rice outside the hotel is much better. This is something that can be improved, or if it remains the same, the hotel should consider lowering the price to match the quality.
23-25/08/24 - I stayed here during my race-cation for the Pahang Eco Trail event at Teluk Cempedak, just a 3-minute walk from the starting line, which made parking and driving hassle-free. The room was spacious with a breathtaking sea view, and the beach, just 200 meters away, felt like a private getaway—super clean and quiet. The hotel has two large swimming pools, a kids' pool, and even a small playroom and playground, making it family-friendly. Its location is ideal, only 2km from Kuantan town. Overall, a great stay for both convenience and relaxation. Disclaimer: Photos attached was during check out.

SingaporeWe booked 2 rooms and would expect the 2 rooms if not next to each other but at least close to each other. We were told that both the rooms were in next block to each other. Yes, they were in block 3 and 4 but they were at least 100m apart to walk from one to the other. The rooms were booked in one same booking but the receptionist said b'cos we put different names in 2 different rooms and they based on the names to allocate the rooms??? Didn't it's right to have 2 different names in 2 rooms? How can 1 person stayed in 2 rooms? Learnt my lesson. In future I'll have to just put same names in all the rooms that I booked under one reference. The receptionist said he will try his best to move us close together the next to each other when it's available but we knew it will never happen. Ture enough, it never happened.
The room size is good and I like the bathroom with attached with a walk in wardrobe. Bed is soft and comfy.
