There is not enough shower gel because it was not refilled before we enter the room. Need to call for refill but no one following up if it was refill or not. My husband has informed the front desk that we are going out for dinner that night and they can do refill.

both shower n toilet glass door no lock and it cannot close tight. and each time we open or close the glass door it will produce a sound like the door screw is broken. so disturbing. our room is H157.

Maybe the landscape/garden in the outside area next to the pool...need to be manage nicely..the grasses, the stepping stones/footpath stones.

This is my fourth times spending holidays here with my family. We like to try different type of room and this time around we tried Grand Pool Villa (Upper) for slightly longer indoor pool as we had tried Premium, Executive Pool Villa before. Maybe we will try another type of room in our next trip.

The indoor pool probably need to be checked if got cracks or tiles not evenly. Both my son n daughter got cuts while swimming. I hope management will check regularly to ensure safety. The drivers (buggy) are surely not welcoming, and got one incident one driver almost hit my daughter, he was impatient to drive away after we get off, not a busy night anyway.Luckily no one was hurt.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoy swimming at the indoor pool. Breakfast was also good, but the menu almost exactly the same for both days that i stayed. The check-in process was very quick (5-6 counters). Some of staffs are very friendly and approachable.

1. I wish we can rent the bicycle earlier to cycle to the nearby beach for sunrise. But the rent started at 8:am. However you still can walk to the beach nearby. 2. Private pool area there's a glass window that we can see thru facing to other room. ( pool area too) even its not that near. Still feeling a little bit uncomfortable. Especially to muslim lady that wear hijab. Suggest the management can put somethin like outdoor blind so guest have choice to close or open. 3. Entering breakfast restaurant for 2 days. There is no greeting and welcoming us. Most of the faces are not ready. They more focusing on asking what is our room number. Mayb we are one of the most earlier guest. However, you can always asked the guest when they seat down. ( depending on the situation) to tackle great service is when you have less guest especially during the weekdays. I'm sure that can be improved. The service is efficient and still it is a happy trip for me. 😎

Ambience is so calm and quiet. Room is big and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and many choices.. Staff helpful. I've got upgraded to premium room. Bigger pool. We really enjoyed every moment. Mostly everything nearby to discover more food and explore other beach. Thanks! GLPD We definitely will come again. 🪻💜

Pool- i hope they can remove rusty wire on the pool and repaint the wall Toilet- Was not so clean. Can see watermark make the door look dirty that does not look good

My only note is that the hotel could use a bit more cleaning since it’s getting older. A little extra attention would really make a difference!

I just got back from a stay at Grand Lexis PD, and I had a fantastic time! The indoor private pool was definitely the highlight for me. It was so nice to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There were so many varieties to choose from—Japanese, continental, Malay, and more. I loved being able to try different dishes each morning. It was the perfect way to start my day! I also got a free upgrade from a garden pool room to a sky pool room because of low occupancy. What a nice surprise! The views were beautiful, and having my own pool right outside my door was amazing. The bed was super comfy, and I slept really well. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grand Lexis PD. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing getaway, this place is a great choice. I’d definitely come back!
