Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeThe lobby has no air condition. There is a big fan blowing which is really out of place. Though the hallway or corridor looks nice but the interior of the room looks very old. Squeaky door and old bed sheet. Hot water is just barely warm.
The hallway looks recently renovated. Thick carpet. Nice and clean.

SingaporeBreakfast replenish of items could be better. We had to ask to top up rather than staff looking into what was lacking and auto top up. Gym and swimming pool is outside the hotel lobby at G floor which kind of inconvenience.
Convenient near Aeon Mall and bus stop from SG causeway link. There is also Socar in the hotel parking.

SingaporeWhile breakfast tastes good, the staff were not able to handle or know how to manage the food supply. Want orange juice - empty. Need cutleries? - missing. Need bowls? - missing. Want some eggs? - empty. Staff should be trained further on this as it was rather chaotic with people crowding around the area just to receive cutleries, bowls, and many guests had to "help" the staff with letting them know many times that several breakfast items were empty.
Room was clean, and everything was in order! No complaints, and indeed a pleasant stay.

Sri LankaThe breakfast is very mediocre and went out to eat breakfast though I had free breakfast offered. It is the same everyday. Also there were no staff to unload the bags from the taxi or help to take the bags to the room. I am a senior citizen.
For my purposes the location was ideal but it is located away from the main Road. It is opposite Aeon Mall. It has all the conveniences you may need for a normal day to day stay.

Although the exterior hotel looks a bit run down, surprisingly, it was not on the inside. We had a comfortable stay. Given a free upgrade to junior suite. Overall, it meets our basic needs.
