Location wise very strategy. With buggy car to bring you to GUrney Plaza, making shopping a lot easier!

Didn't like the metal brackets/ mechanical parking in the parking lot. It's too narrow for the SUVs or MPVs and does not appear to provide any functionality

The polite front desk staff... The room which was quiet and not far from the lift lobby.. The view The laundry service would have been better if it was delivered by 5pm instead of 7pm. The buggy that took us from Gurney hotel back to G hotel and vice versa The hand over the heart gesture is heartwarming

Music upstairs at the poolside bar was far too loud, particularly for a quiet weeknight. (That’s not to say that the singers weren’t good - they were excellent, just too loud!)

Rooftop pool was excellent. A good gym too!

The reception was well manned all the time, all were very friendly and jolly. Special thanks to Najmi who did the check in for us. Very knowledgeable on the places to eat as we asked for places that the locals go to. Swimming pool was very clean. Breakfast spread was very good. Great location for the hotel with 2 shopping centre nearby.

If I had to list one thing- it was that the hotel is having some work done, and we were only told about this when we arrived on our room- no work was done on the weekend we were there, but Monday morning you could here it and if I wasn't leaving, I'd be a very unhappy guest!

1 The room is very big and spacious, so was the ensuite bathroom and shower. The amenities are just right. Towels are nice and big. 2. The free mini bar (no alcohol) was a bonus! 3. The pool is lovely with stunning views of Georgetown and the mountains. 4.The outdoor bar is very atmospheric and the live music was a pleasant surprise.

Type of shower head used in the rooms. It would be great if there were other shower functions like massage, jet or spray. Water pressure is also kinda low.

Nice modern contemporary hotel in good location and there are 2 malls right next door. Friendly staff. Second time staying at G Kelawai.

Great welcome! Ice cream on arrival to cool down from the heat. Location was perfect for us, right between the two malls but also close enough to Georgetown still. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Really friendly staff. F&B was excellent. Such good value for money!

We generally found the common areas too dark, esp the ground floor lift lobby. The mopping of the floor in the ground floor reception area left a very bad smell. Housekeeping was generally of a good standard but the bedding was not changed for more than 3 days. Lighting in room: the master switch was only from one side of the bed, there was no night light switch.

Excellent location next to 2 shopping malls. convenient for shopping and restaurants. Handy complimentary electric cart between G Hotel Gurney to G hotel Kelawai, especially on a rainy day. Staff was helpful in lending us umbrellas for the day. Check in and check out procedures were efficient and polite.

The carpet floor was not clean enough though Would be excellent if 1 or 2 yoga mat can be provided in the room
