Size of the room is a bit too small..does not match the price..

The facilities top notch but when I asked regarding late checkout she said that we need to paid extra RM50 but we already booked & pay extra for this hotel including early check in & late checkout using booking.com. I think she need to pay attention & check our booking details..

Near to Aman Sentral (walking distance only) & can use their pantry up to 11pm. Easily can refill cold water using water dispenser. The staff , his name is Amzar very friendly & soft spoken

The no covered parking as Alor Setar really hot. Our toilet bowl was clogged but when we were away it seems the staff fixed it while cleaning our room. Thank youuuu❤️

I love everything about Frazel and it has been our go to hotel whenever in Alor Setar. The location is really strategic. I can walk with my kids to nearby mall. I also love their simple breakfast. Simple yet tasteful.

The room size a bit small.

The room is clean, the best part is there is a water dispenser just outside of the room, they also provide two glass tumblers for water. They provide simple breakfast and also simple dinner, both are self service. the hotel staff are all very friendly. The location is superb. next to a mall and walking distance to Chinatown.

I booked the single room and was surprised that it didn't has a window and pretty small room for the price I paid. So it is quite cluster tropic for me. The air conditioner position is placed facing directly to your bed hence it is pretty cold as the cool air blows directly towards you. As I stayed during fasting month, they did not serve any breakfast except for light coffee or tea and a few slices of bread , butter and Kaya. They said instead of serving breakfast they now provide dinner but dinner was also miserable. Food was cold and only rice, chicken , egg, mee Siam. Presentation of food can really be improved as it certainly did not live up to their tag line of hotel with exclusive service and quality.

The hotel has very nice Deco, new and clean. The lobby area is really impressive. Location Near to the mall which makes it easy to do shopping or buy food. Bed linen and pillows are comfy and clean. I like the thick duvet provided which has a nice aroma. Staffs are friendly.

Booked a single room..No window. Small in size. A bit congested. Pricey for the size.But the positives made up this issue.

Its location and location..close to main mall and many food outlets. Friendly staff. Simple but delicious breakfast. Clean. Quiet. A very old hindu temple is just beside the hotel.

A 2-star hotel charging 5-star hotel rate. Once booked, no cancellation is allowed, they still charge you even you cancelled your booking 40 days before your stay. Hotel collected full payment upon check-in (not during checkout) plus a deposit. Give me the impression that this hotel is desperate for money. Staff not responsive and have no initiative in promoting or introducing the hotel facilities to guests. Everything have to ask & find out yourself. Complaint to them that hair dryer in our room not working but no action taken. Will not stay in this hotel again if they continue to charge the same room rate, definitely not worth the price!

Everything is new & clean. Nicely decorated rooms & common areas. Great location, surrounded by eateries & various shops. Aman Central shopping mall is within walking distance.

My toilet clogged twice, and the second time it was never fixed because my room was not cleaned the second day. My room should have been cleaned twice, it was only cleaned once. The shower water does not get very hot. Lastly, there is no Fitness Room.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff was great!

Everything seems to be perfect - until i checked the bedsheet thoroughly. There are blood stains - I hope it‘s not bed bugs :( ….

The location itself is very strategic - super close to Zahir Mosque, Dataran Alor Setar, Aman Central. Building looks new and classy. Parking area is quite spacious.

It's just a quick 5-minute walk to Aman Central. Went for the King Deluxe room, and it's surprisingly roomy. Everything feels brand new and comfy. It's relax and the fact that they've got a water dispenser on each floor its super helpful Overall, I'd totally stay here again.
