We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe aircon filter might need a change. When I turned on the aircon, the air from it feels like in an old car.
The location is convenient for the border crossing. It is only a few minutes walking to the JB Sentral. You have to use an overhead cross bridge to the other side of road in order to get into JB Sentral. The pedestrian cross has not had an elevator. We had to use GrabCab. The hotel staff could not provide the exact name of the JB Sentral for using GradCab. I would expect they should be more knowledgeable for this information. The hotel is clean and well managed. We feel safe. With breakfast, it provides good value for what we have paid. The range of the breakfast is good. We are really appreciated for having the breakfast in the hotel before crossing to Singapore.

SingaporeWe did not know how to walk from City Square Mall to the hotel. We had to take grab each time. It would be great if there would be a map for walking directions from checkpoint to the hotel.
The room has a good size 25sqm, staff was very nice, attentive and accommodating (there was no fridge in the room, we bought fridge stuff and the staff agreed to keep for us overnight).

As it is relatively a new hotel, everything is in great shape. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and it definitely filled our stomach, plus the food is good. Simple and hearty and delicious.

SingaporeCan hear a bit of traffic noise from outside. It is not overly loud, but those who are sensitive to noise and need a very quiet place to sleep may be affected. Even though location is close to CIQ, cars have to make one big round to get to the hotel entrance, which increases travel time.

Great hotel, no-frills. Clean rooms with good acoustic soundproofing. Value for money as price includes breakfast. Location is quite close to CIQ on the map, but due to ongoing construction roadworks it took a while for the taxi to find the hotel. Would return for a weekend trip.
