SingaporeHilton is meant to be a more premium chain of hotels. It is a little sad that the hotel room condition is slightly old and you can see the signs of age for the furniture. It would be great if the hotel overtime can consider a refurbishing to refresh the look abit. Pillows were a little too soft, not great for sleeping. The air con vent had a noise that resembled a person snoring for some reason. It is not deafening loud but the noise level is substantial.
Service from the staff was really good. They were smiley and they WhatsApp you to check on you. The breakfast spread is very good. Food was good. My first day of breakfast, the food was cold but on the 2nd day the food were more freshly cooked, possibly because the turnover was higher due to more people.

Singaporeshower dial was faulty, the hotel send us a technician to check but there’s nothing much that could done so we jus had to bear with the hot water for our daily showering :’( hope they fix it soon for room #15-11
Location was okay, took us about 15 mins (with traffic) drive out to Mahkota Parade / Dataran Pahlawan The buffet spread at ‘’makan kitchen” for breakfast & dinner was superb with wide selections of food to choose from. Room was clean and well maintained with working amenities. Hotel staffs customer service were top notch!!

We love how spacious the rooms are, and travelling as a family with young kids is important for us to be close to each other. I am so happy that we managed to get a connecting room, which was the best part of the stay. Swimming pool was good too, but it can get a little crowded in the morning, esp on the weekends. The gym was good as it operated 24 hours, a plus point for us too. Breakfast is really good. We really like the spread and worth the money we paid for. This is highly recommended! Pls include breakfast for your stay. It is a must-have! I'm very happy with our stay. Thank you, Doubletree Hilton.

SingaporeHotel was located at the end, our stay happened to coincide with some night marathon and the whole road were closed. It took us close to 2hr to get back to the hotel due to road closure. The Elements Mall at the hotel was shut down due to Covid hence it was a pity. Pillows in the room was too soft for comfort.
Good wide spread for the breakfast buffet @ Makan Kitchen. Staff were all friendly. Parking was readily available in the hotel property. Room was huge and comfortable. Toilet clean. Amenities like gym and swimming pool was wonderful.
