Check in took a little while as there were very few staff - though it was late in the evening.

The lights in the room were a little dim. The wifi connection sometimes dropped. And the tv did not have chrome cast which is so viable in today's environment. Nobody wants to watch Cinemax anymore. On the other hand, shower pressure and hot water flow was good.

Housekeeping staff, reception and concierge were attentive and responsive. We had an event on Jalan Semarak, hence putting up at the Doubletree was a good decision. The connecting Intermark building has a supermarket, a food court, restaurants, pharmacies, a massage/reflexology place, nail and hair salon making it super easy to shop for necessities.

Breakfast has very very less vegetarian/vegan options,not good for vegetarian

The property and facilities are very good but in Breakfast we get very less/3..4 options as we are vegetarian and for the good start of day in any trip we need wholesome quantity of food for good full day journey

The bed is very comfortable, all the workers there are very friendly and polite. Breakfast has many choices of Chinese, indian, malay, and international cuisine. It is very worth it to stay in this hotel. will definitely come again.
