We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe truth as I found them: The room is quite small, just enough to walk around the double-sized bed. No breakfast is provided. Location is not that close to the tourist areas (unlike those claimed by commentators in the web). Nearby eateries within walking distance. Daytime traffic and parking are a nightmare at this location and there are plenty of potholes on the road.
Checking-in was fast and easy as I had pre-booked. The registration attendant is a nice person, but the managment should send the staff to a proper hospitality training school.
