Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaSome parts of the floor was peeling off in the middle of the room; overdue for repairs/replacement.
Room was spacious enough with a nice city view, clean, with good shower, enough power points, and strong Wi-Fi. Amenities and public transportation are all close by and easily accessible. ATM and a 7-eleven at the lobby is very convenient. Many food options all within walking distance, and a mall right across the road. Also mere minutes walk to KLCC and Convention Centre.

I was booking another hotel in peior to my visit but they canceled last minute on the day of arrival so I had to book alternative which is Gin Bugis. Even though it hasn’t a pool but it was good choice. Location is amazing 3mins walk to petronas tower and hotel is right infront of k avenue mall , the staff are so nice. It was raining suddenly and Tay was so responsive helped us & gave me an umbrella to go to Batu caves, also all the staff are nice and smiley all the time

MalaysiaOur room next to the main road on the 5th floor is so noisy when cars motorbikes rushing through the traffic light in front of the hotel I was awakened by the noise at least 4-5 times at midnight & sound proof of the room is just disappointing The bed is too soft for my liking, it doesn't support well at all
The location is just excellent Easy to walk anywhere you want Ample car park & easy to park during our stay even you need to pay RM5 a day but still consider very good
