Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaReception area was quite a mess especially with stuff on the sofa and coffee table. Duvet was yucky. Yellowish ... i regretted looking in the duvet cover. Wall was dirty. We did not know what was it. Didnt dare to wipe it off. Water heater was not working but the maintenance man came to the rescue. All is good. Mineral water cups were super dusty. Ensure to wash it first b4 drinking the water.
There is free covered parking. Lift was clean and not smelly. It actually smell nice. Receptionist was helpful. Linen was clean and smells nice. Maintenance man cum cleaner was friendly and helpful. Fair for the price paid.

MalaysiaSuper Oyo Capital O 812, Shah Alam cut off electric supply inside room at 12pm without inform the guest. Before cut-off, the hotel should call the guest to provide information about auto cut-off and seek advice either to extend or check out. In my case, I haven't shower, and my personal things are still not packed. So I need to pack in the dark room. Called the hotel receptionist, and they said "now 12noon and you must check out." No tolerate at all. I understand this is hotel policies, but please bear in mind if you are in the middle of the shower and out of sudden the electric supply being turned off by the hotel. What do you feel? It's really embarrassing to stay at this hotel.

MalaysiaThe pillows provided were flat and not that comfy. We were only provided with four pillows - one for each of us for a family of four. The mattresses in the room were sinking when we slept on them. Probably the management of the hotel can look into replacing with new mattresses for all rooms stage by stage.
This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The hotel location is located opposite the rows of shoplots that have varieties of local restaurants and supermarket. It is very convenient to get things when needed and also it offers free parking.
