The beach, duty free shops, restaurants were super close, the staff is really helpful; the hotel provide cleaning service daily; the room is solid but clean, no slippers, no hairdryer

Location is excellent, right on the beach, they have good house keeping service, all bed linens and towels are being changed every day, very comfortable bedding. We were staying in a family room, which was spacious and having two large beds. They serve decent continental breakfast. Overall it's a good place to stay in Langkawi. There are many restaurants and duty free shopping places at walking distance

I didn't like the beach but that's not a comment from the hotel. Breakfast is very simple, I went 1 hour before the closing and no more coffee I asked and they told me no more.

Very great location. The pool was great but always full with kids jumping and swimming so...we only stayed for 5 minutes.

The hotel does not comes with hair dryer for each room, we need to register at the counter and use it for 1 hour.

The location of the resort is the best, it is located at almost the center of Cenang beach and walking distance have a lot of restaurants and duty free shop.

- Swimming pool was small and not like the meet the expectations as per pictures shown on the site - No parking facility or assistance from the hotel. We were on our own

- Its right on the Cenang beach, can even walk to the beach right from the hotel reception. - Breakfast buffet was good. Had lots of varieties, even suitable for Indian tastes. - Lots of shops right after you walk out of hotel, a good Indian restaurant nearby. - Wifi was good

The name of hotel is amazing selection but needs to maintain the reputation just some changes. I would suggest to survey the room condition and what should to change to look better.

The bathroom smells bad. Although the pillow sheets are clean, the pillow is very old. The buffet breakfast does not have any mentioning of either veg or non-veg.

The location is great. It is located right opposite the beach. There are many shops and restaurants around. The room is spacious.

Breakfast for vegetarians was bad, other than bread butter/jam there wasn't anything. Due to being close to one of the beach restaurants, the music could be heard in the room.

Some of the rooms have no windows or widows to the corridor (box room). Air con either too cold or if turned off, temperature is too warm.

When we got in our room, the toilet was already broken and was spilling water everywhere. The room also wasn't like in the pictures of booking.com. So i went to the lobby to complain about it. The lady was very friendly but told me she couldn't do anything about it. I told her it was not her fault but if she's at that moment working in the lobby she should help me. After 15 minutes they gave us another room to check out. That room was on the 3th floor, on the roof. Great location of the room. Unfortunately at night when it started raining, water was leaking into the room at 2 different spots. So we got another room, again. This time they helped us with our luggage. The breakfast is very basic, not great but ok. Good for a few days. The location is really perfect. You only have to live with the music from the beach because there's a fireshow every evening 'till 00.30am. It didn't bother us. The pool is very nice.
