The only area for improvement would be the potential to heat the swimming pool, which was very cool even in August. That said, the fact that it is covered is a big advantage in monsoon

Hotel is truly 5* The staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities and room are spotless, beautifully decorated and with a lovely ambiance and even scent! The view from the pool, Vertigo bar and rooms themselves are spectacular and the hotel is well located to attractions and connected to the mall. After check-out they stored our suitcases and still gave access to the pool and other facilities. We would definitely stay again and thank all the team for a wonderful stay

The most convenient part is the location of the hotel as it is only within walking distance of Pavillion and has a bridge that connects the two. So rain or shine, we are easily able to travel.

Nothing i dislike.

The Hotel upgraded my room to a bigger room, the room has a pool, the view of the room is fantastic, the bed and the pool are facing twin tower view, and also we get to see KL Tower and Twin tower. The breakfast is also delicious. The service everything is good.

We were enjoying three nights of our honeymoon there. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Views and so many little things in rooms and around the hotel made us feeling very special. We will come back.

The elevators were a bit slow at times, but really no issues.

Clean, modern, luxe hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Staff was so friendly and amenable - helped with a snack on my way out of the hotel before a very early flight. Beautiful, very large room with an exceptional bathroom. Breakfast was incredible with so many options to choose from and a combination of a la carte and buffet. I also had a fantastic treatment in the Spa and highly recommend booking.

Our stay at Banyan Tree was the best decision I had made. It was fantastic from start to finish. Right after booking, the hotel sent us a helpful guide with details about the facilities and the great location. This made us feel welcome even before we arrived. The hotel has direct access to Pavilion Mall, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The luxury rooms were amazing. The shower felt like a spa, and the dressing room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. With excellent facilities, a prime location, and great service, our stay at [Hotel Name] was truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Pool is a bit small and jacuzzi was underwhelming. Gym lacked equipment.

Very welcoming and considerate staff that made the stay very enjoyable. Hotel rooms are of high standard with beautiful bathrooms. The pool and the bar has beautiful sky line views of the city definitely worth waking up early to see the sunrise during the complimentary breakfast. Great variety in the breakfast and amazing drinks.

Had a RM200 credit due to some issues. Wish I could've utilized it the way I preferred. Then again I understood I was way over the time that was available for their services.

I booked the Sanctuary Suite as I was really interested in the pool within the room. Front desk told me that there were technical issues with the pool and upgraded me to the Sky Sanctuary Suite. I can only say that was the best gift ever because I booked the room for my wedding proposal. The whole thing came out fantastic. Staffs were super friendly and helpful as well.

Everything was perfect!

Facilities are great, the pool is covered so you can also enjoy it if it is rainy outside, keeping the great views to Petronas. Rooms are new and very well equipped. Service is excellent and on top you have the highest roof top bar in Malasia in there.

The disconnection for guests with the reception area away from the lobby is unusual and it creates a communication barrier. That said, upon my return to Kuala Lumpur I was feeling unwell and I was given good advice for medical assistance, along with very quick responses for honey and lemon. The next morning, the staff inquired how I was feeling now. This was very much appreciated.

We stayed at the beginning and end of our Malaysia holiday. First in the premium king and next in the signature king. Both rooms were amazing but the signature room has the most incredible views of the landmarks. The room is beautifully and sensibly appointed. The breakfast on the 58th floor Horizon restaurant is a spectacular way to greet the day. The breakfast provided offered options for all cultural preferences.

The aromatherapy option uses flame based. Room is air conditioned. Quite difficult to breath when on. But a thoughtful gesture nonetheless. Perhaps I suggest aroma diffusers instead.
