United KingdomThere is one male staff member who made me feel uncomfortable with making comments and getting my number from the booking and messaging me late at night inappropriately.
The owner/ manager was so lovely and friendly and would help with any requests and questions. The bedroom doors have a bolt lock on the inside. The shower was hot and powerful. There was a duvet and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

MalaysiaIt's not welcoming. The reception area was full of stuff and was untidy. There was construction early in the morning. No toilelries and the fan was dusty. The worst part is, the bellboy entered my room and kept asking me questions. I already gave him a tip but he still didn't leave. He asked if I am alone and I felt uneasy so I just said my husband is coming eventhough I dont have one at all. When I said that my husband was coming, he finally left. I didn't leave my room all night coz I felt unsafe.

Kinda shock because it is a decent budget hotel. The room is really really clean. Air kat toilet laju. The staff are friendly. Ada coway and ironing section.

United KingdomI booked the stay for my mum as her birthday present. Confirmed the booking with my card but when my mum arrived there, they said the booking hasn’t been paid so my mum had to call me and it was 5 am in UK for me to deal with this stupid problem. Don’t understand why the hotel wasn’t able to charge my card when my mum arrived and had to make her pay. Do no recommend this hotel at as they do not know how to do their job.

Malaysiathere is no double lock in my room.. thats scary for my first night.but luckily they have security access at the main door. other else, i have no problem. but hot water plug is spoil, i can see the wyre out of the wall and a bit danger to use.so i choose not to use that.
that is good location, near the beach. and next to jeruk pak ali.and its so many restaurant and food stall near the hotel.
