Be aware that when you check in you will need a qr provided by the owner/management. If this expires(like mine did) you will not be allowed in by security. It can also be a bit noisy at times.

The apartment complex is not far from jonker street, perhaps a 6 ringgit taxi ride. Actually downstairs there are many decent restaurants nearby. The apartment was ok and looked basically like it does in the pictures. There was a large swimming pool which looked like kind that would be good if you were travelling with kids.

I think the host is not a morning person haha. They rarely reply you in the morning. Until i checkout to ask for the checkout procedure. If you order food, you need to walk from block D to A (which is just across) and pickup from the guard. A bit scary is you go alone cuz you need to go through the basement parking. Better go wirh partner.

Everything is so nice. Beds are comfortable. Location is a bitttt far from where we are going but still okay je. Parking is near to the lift & easy access. Check in & out is simple & easy to follow. Loved how this unit is facing the swimming pool. Didnt get the chance to go to the swimming pool but i think it is good. We stayed for 2 days & the toiletries is not enough but they responded to my request for an extra shower gel (the shower gel is good quality) 👍🏻

But i a lil bit disappointed about the living room's curtain cause it can see through inside from the outside especially in the night. I cannot switch on the light cause afraid people can see from the outside. Hope you can change the living room curtain so that other guest can be comfortable when staying..thank you !

I love all the equipment that they provided, like netflix with acc channel so you can watch any movie you like. They also provided complimentary like bottle water, toiletries, instant coffee...thank you !

The place is very suitable for a small family. Just nice. Well-decorated and a good view of the pool. Comfortable beds. The host was very prompt and polite.

The lighting in bedroom is not fully functioning and quite dark.

Easy and clear instructions including the collection of security deposit, as well as check in process. Pre-registration process helps to ease and speed up the registration/screening at the guard post. Clear directions for guest parking and host super helpful to provide multiple access card for our conveniences. Overall, the stay is good, and property is well equipped with what you need for few days stay. The swimming pool is basically a great playground for kids. Keep up the great work to maintain the property.

During our stay the pipe in the bathroom had this loud noise even when not in use, mayb due to the air trapped in, so it was quite annoying. The pool was crowded because it was weekend
