I wish there was a non-stick frying pan in the kitchen. I wanted to make pancakes and had to make do with the steel pan that was available.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished. The location is excellent. just opposite Suria KLCC.

During check out, my friend had to handle the loading bag hmm. We called trolley for luggage but he’s not friendly like the previous, my friend asked him question but he kept quiet and I had to repeat then he answered, maybe he’s not paying attention maybe. He’s okey okey.. usually when I go back with my luggage, the staff will prioritise us to go down first but he went down first 🤔 he told us this hotel has been upgraded but maybe not him I minus rate because the whole floor smells smoke and my room was clean but the walls and curtains was dirty maybe due to smoking floor area. My mom got sick and took nebuliser because of that on 24th, it was her first experience. But im the one who requested smoking room. I dint expect it to be that strong because normally, the smells do go away and smells like hotel. You know some people love the smell hotel then… you feel like holiday

I complement the staff from the first step i enter the property until I exit. I feel like home! I love the fact my bag being organised at the trolley, it just that my luggage, he just put at the door step but small matter but he is so kind and make enough conversation with me whenever he saw me. I love the fact! It was raining and I rushed inside to borrow umbrella and he gave me immediately and I was standing by the road and the door man was standing near where I am standing for temporary. I felt safe! ❤️ I love the service, I couldn’t go downstairs to take my take out foods and I requested someone to send upstairs and they did! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 lurve I love the fact, my staff easy access to go upstairs at the same time making sure my validation first. Everything was perfect!

Master room Aircon is not cold. Had to request for a fan on 2nd night. There are a lot of small cockroaches in the kitchen . Dining table is wobbly. The glass top was not attached to the table. Had meals carefully on the table.

Service was great. Staff assisted with all our request. Like when we say Aircon not cold , they did immediate servicing. Then when still not cold. They gotten us a fan.

The price is a bit too high.

The location is great, is just a walking distance from KLCC The bed is superb and to die for. It is very comfortable. The check in and out timming is very flexible. We were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier. And when we asked for a slightly late check out to perform our afternoon prayer, they easily allowed it too.

We were in a 2 bedroom premium apartment. It was very spacious and we loved the amenities. There is a rooftop pool and also a jacuzzi one. The location is also perfect. Right across the KLCC mall, which is connected to Pavilion via a covered walkway. The property is great for families with kids.

The breakfast is very basic. The tea/coffee cups are small. There isn't a restaurant/coffee shop or a bar. I wouldn't describe it as a 5* property.

The location is excellent. It's within walking distance to the Petronas Towers and the huge shopping mall. The studio room was lovely. I wasn't expecting a kitchen! There is a laundrette on the 22nd floor!

The breakfast was really lacking. For such a star-rated hotel and the amount paid for breakfast, it was truly miserable, worse than some of smaller rural hotels in Malaysia. The spread was very limited, the staff couldn’t take the eggs order correctly (even after the 2nd time) and the overall quality was lacking. We didn’t even go down for breakfast the 2nd morning there, though we paid for it. And mind you, for 6 pax, that is quite a substantial amount that would have gotten us a good spread outside. I feel that if the hotel of such star-rating is unable to provide a similar quality breakfast due to whatever reason, then don’t offer breakfast. Otherwise the difference is too stark.

Looks like management need to put more money into preventative maintenance eg at least 4 washing machines had faults and balconies were dirty. Jacuzzi on rooftop is not warm so there was limited opportunities for swimming if the day was cooler and overcast. Suggest utilising the pool area for a snacks and drinks stall.

Located just across the road from the KLCC and Petronas Towers, it was easy walking to everything we needed. The rooms were incredibly spacious. The opportunity to open balcony doors added to the experience watching the thunder and lightening roll in as pert of monsoon rains. Staff were very helpful, kind and I felt very safe and welcomed. I found some gems of restaurants- Mandarin Oriental for breakfast, Aliraqi for lunch and Marinis for dinner. There's also cheap "hawker stalls" in the laneway walk behind the hotel. Siam bodyworks Thai massage just two blocks away.
