MalaysiaWe met the worst flood of Kedah in certain areas. But not a big problem. We miss the o nyonya laksa as it was closed without notice. N the pau near the Masjid oooo it was closed also. Not a good idea to go up the Menara on this weather.q

GermanyThere's a sign that you are not allowed to eat inside the room. That's quite weird, never seen something like this in hundreds of hotels I've stayed at.
The location of the property is quite convenient. It’s in a quiet side road not too far from the city centre. There’s a shopping mall (Ampang Business Centre) in very short walking distance with a supermarket, convenience stores, a coin laundry and several restaurants. And there’s also a food court on the opposite side of the mall and a McDonald’s only two minutes further in the other direction. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious and spotlessly clean, the towels were brilliant white. The mattress was rather soft and very comfortable. AC worked fine at all times. The hotel was nicely decorated and the owners were very kind. They organised a transport to Padang Besar for me and helped me out with a charger, as I didn’t have any UK plug with me. Last but not least, I could safely store my bicycle behind an automatic gate. Would definitely return if in Alor Setar again.

a very short stay as we arrived very late. Mr Tan the owner was kind to wait up and made sure we were comfortably settled in. There was thermo going and lots of drinking water easily accessible, coffee & tea sachets. We didn't have time for breakfast or lunch at this place. Perhaps the next stay.
