Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is estimate 30 minutes to Jonker Street. Breakfast taste good but variety not that much. Staffs are friendly and helpful. When I was wandering to find my room, one of the staff approach me and ask what is my room number and guided me to my room.

We love the room and hotel, everything in the room is well maintained, easy to find parking, accessible to the town or other places that we visited in Malacca, definitely will recommend it to friends and families, breakfast is served with alot of choices, delicious food, staff non stop refilling and different food for both days

Breakfast are good, tasty and variety. Room and the toilet are nicely decorated as per pictures shown. The staff are friendly and love to smile.

Malaysia1. Pay for room with patio, in photo got chair and table for hangout, but mine, don’t have. Pay extra for nothing. 2. Room big but dusty. During check-in have to request house keeping to vacuum and wipe all table and bed. 3. Room smelly might be the carpet was wet due to guess back from pool. 4. Towel at pool not enough.
The hotel lobby and hallway so cozy and smell good. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast also great and swimming pool also good.

MalaysiaJust the 2nd day of staying, we went to the pool and was told that there's no towel. First time in my life to hear that the pool has run out of towels..😅😅😅
I like everything about AMES. I have no complaint at all. I booked 3 rooms and the rooms were superb. Toilets and bathtubs were really clean and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious and really amazed with coffee machines for coffee lovers. I would love to repeat staying in this hotel again.

MalaysiaThe airconditioning moisture was dripping constantly from the ceiling after 3-4hours you switched it on. The hot water wasnt working too. Told the hotel and hoped they fixed them but after returning to my room later in the evening, these hadnt been fixed or perhaps they thought they had it fixed without checking with me if everything is ok. One staff at the desk was very arrogant during my checkin. Was telling him tht i prefer a quiet floor after seeing a coach load of loud tourists from China had just disembarked. He simply replied tht he wouldnt know which levels they would be in, implying that too bad i would have to come down again myself for room change even they indeed ended up on my floor- simply igboring my request (When he could hv just checked right away as expected guests hv already been assigned room numbers, - saw them flipping folios). True enough few minutes later these loud tourists ended up being given rooms at my floor I had to go to the desk and request a floor change. Luckily there was another staff manning the desk who was very helpful and kind to hv it done.kudos to him.
Bed was good.. tv was big. Pretty new and pristine. Nice to hv a new hotel near the MICT area where you dont hv to drive into the city centre eapecially when you hv business in the area. Saves you from hving to drive into town.
