My room had a spider /spider web at the top corner of the room door which frightened my boy a little bit. I am not afraid of spider so it didnt affect me.. It will be great if the lobby is air conditioned in view of the hot weather.

Sadly, the playing room hours are 10am - 6pm so it can't be accessed during dinner. It would be nice if it could be used during dinner as well, at least with supervision from parents.

The staff are really helpful and care about you. There are some cool facilities which our daughter admired: playing room next to the restaurant, buggy that can take you to the beach, bean bags on the beach for hotel residents and the swimming pool. Breakfast was really great and diverse, I believe everyone should be happy with it 🙂 The beach was actually OK for us since it is much quieter than neighboring Cenang. Did not encounter any jellyfish in June, sometimes there were some wild dogs around but they didn't seem to be harmful.

The girls staff at the restaurant are rude except one of them The bartender is rude too

The guys at the reception are awesome and helpful but the girls aren’t Loved the location and facilities The restaurant is very delicious but the waitress girls are very rude They have a children play room and the girl who work there is so nice

Coffee from all the bars or restaurants are bad execpt the one we get from Nook during breakfast. Breakfast spread was nice but most of the items were cold.

Good room and decent breakfast. We had booked for a garden view but we were upgraded to sea view room which had amazing view. Location is just 10min car drive from Cenang Plaza (center of Pantai Cenang). They also provide buggy service to nearest beach. Bathroom of the room was also very big which helped us in performing most of the noisy activities while our baby was asleep in the room

Nothing that I didn't like.. everything was perfect..

Everything about it.. Location is closed to the beach and also close to the cenang market.. Near to many restaurants and spas The hotel has a beautiful lobby with games there to play .. Best of all was.. I was there for my 10th anniversary and they gave me early check-in , upgrade to sea view . And also decorated the room when we were away that night and when we were back we saw the decoration and a personalised note for us with a bottle of sparkling wine . Just 10/10 for this hotel .

Pleasant hotel with caring personal. Big choice for breakfast, tasty cocktails. Amazing beach nearby (better than central). Long working hours of swimming pool (till 22.30).

We booked a room for 3, the “sofa” bed provided for the third person is rather a “day bed”, which was quite uncomfortable and short for an adult to sleep in. Thus, would reccomend the sofa bed only for a child and for a short stay.

Great pool area, very good breakfast with many options, attentive and pleasant staff.

The staffs could have cleaned the room more prior to arrival. Found dead insects around dusty corners of the room.

The location of the hotel is convenient with lots of stores and cafes nearby and also within a stone's throw of Cenang Beach. The staffs were helpful and polite. The size of the room is adequate for a family of 4 comprising of kids. The complimentary drinks in the fridge is a plus too as most hotels nowadays do not provide that anymore. The breakfast spread was awesome! Also the most fascinating thing about the room was the water pressure from the shower! It makes showering a delight after a sweaty day outdoors.
