We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A little desk in the room in case you need to work Spacious room (family room) Self check-in, staff replies quickly via WhatsApp. Near the night market, harbour, a little park (go to the place Knoffee, really nice coffees and matcha latte with oat milk, open from 5 pm until midnight) Although the hotel is located at an intersection, the street noise was ok, after 11 pm it was pretty quiet.

Germany- room was a liiiittle smelly but couldn’t say what it was. Not toilet smell anyways. Maybe from the humidity. - AC in our room (305) was a bit old and pretty loud (but did the job, just took a little longer than others)
- everything easy to reach by feet without being in the total centre of Sandakan - parking right in front of the door (roadside)

Host is warm, receptive and exceptionally helpful with arranging trip, transport to Sepilok. A great value as decent Sepilok accommodation can be scarce last minute

AustraliaThe four flights of stairs were a killer with luggage, especially as the aircon in communal areas stopped at level 2.
Aircon was good, cooled the room down nicely. Room and facilities were pretty basic, but good value for money. Customer service via WhatsApp was very helpful and responsive. We changed our travel plans and extended our stay here. Things worked out well.
