Wifi was very slow, so I had to hot spot when having online call. The staff told that only I can do is complain to him.

tv channel - only have 6 available channels but only 1 was working. the others were error receptionist/ staff - stayed for 2 nights & encounter 3 staffs. but 1 of them was unfriendly. not mentioning here but the management should ensure front desk staff is pleasing for the guest.

Room size - just nice for the guest to stay, not too small. facilities - all well maintained with lift location - strategically spot on & nearby ferry/cruise harbour parking - more than 20 parking space toilet & shower - water pressure is excellent

Towards evening the Security Guard takes over the Front Desk duty and communication is not easy due to language barrier for the Security Guard.

Clean and well maintained. Location is also convenient.

the room aircond was badly positioned. the cold air didn't reach the bed at all. the wifi also was very bad. i got 3 different passwords for 3 different nights of stay. but all of the time it was always slower than a dead snail. the hotel is located next to a busy main road. can hear car/motor noises all the time.

the room was spacious, nice & clean, with an iron/ironing board, kettle / coffee & minibar available. a free open air car park next to the hotel for all guests. the location is nearby all good foods & tourist spots.

Easily accessed from the ferry from Penang Sentral station. Very close to oldtown Georgetown & all the restaurants nearby. Clean property that is well maintained.

The wifi is very slow and the lights in bathroom and outside the bathroom very dim. Hope the management will look into it. Other than that everything is perfect and worth the money

Noisy front road, view at the back is a new multi story carpark (not on a google map yet) , they say a price for breakfast but there isn't a restaurant at present. Place to eat close by. Photos attached are the room and the view.

The hotel is close to the piers and main restaurant shopping areas, little India, Fort etc. It was very cheap, clean, had fridge, T/C making and nice ensuite but no restaurant. The road it is on is very busy as it is the main road around Georgetown and has rumble strips which are very noisy. We were meant to get a view room and were at the back and looks into a multi level carpark. So there are no views from the back, maybe the front across the water but then it is noisy. They give you WIFI code for 24hrs, then need to get a new one. Guess it is safer than some hotels. We had breakfast at JOJA Bagels in Bishop St, excellent and cheap.

The toilet bowl behind was leaking and has a pool of water. I could hear clearly all the sound from the corridor.

The location has easy access to food, either by walking or by Grab. It provide ample of parking and it is well lit and safe at night. It is simple but everything you need, from iron, iron board, hair dryer, towel, toiletries, water, water boiler, TV and fridge. It is definitely clean.

The staff wasn't helpful at all. I've arrived at 8pm with 2 big luggages and little baby. Nobody helped me with the luggage instead of this they immediately asked to pay for the room first not even giving time to rest after the road. Very poor english speakers unusual for Georgetown. When I've asked for a place to have a dinner they've mumbled something unrecognisable but the next day it turned out that the restaurants were just steps from the hotel and still open. The bathroom is so dark it is hard to see yourself in a mirror.

The location is nice - just steps from the historical center and all the attractions whilst on the quiet street. However the road is still a bit noisy in the night. The room is spacious, the harbour view is nice.

Sadly, the ferry terminal opposite has closed and many small eateries too. So this is no longer in a great location. Major renovations done throughout (eg floors)....but work not completed. Windows need replacing and all walls need painting Wifi boosters needed for higher floors

1. Bed mattress was hard 2. Only 1 pillow for each guest 3. Supposed to get a sea view but i was placed at level 1 barely seeing anything
