I didn’t like the weird sent my apartment had when walking in. We got use to it, but that was the only thing.

the staff was very friendly and able to accommodate our requests. We were about 20 minutes walking from the main strip which we didn’t mind, and rent bikes from them one day to go to the beach. Loved the area!

The bar was there but wasn't available. Room service wasn't available even though they had left a card for it, was a little underwhelming to be honest. Hot water being an issue, and room service not cleaning mandatory unless we asked?

The hotel was so beautiful, decor was incredible and was so clean! Staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond for us and even managed to organise massages for my boyfriends birthday! They have a whatsapp that you can use to message the concierge downstairs, if you need to book cabs, or speak to them about anything. They were so incredible. They even managed to give us a room upgrade that we requested before we arrived!

We stayed for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom jungle suite. We really liked the apartment, good beds, good shower(s) and a beautiful living area/kitchen. The size of the swimming pool is ok for approx 4 persons (we often had a private swimming pool, it'a not busy at the pool). Area felt safe (bike, walking to town etc).

The only thing I would have enjoyed more would be hit water. The water in our shower didn’t get to lukewarm and stayed pretty fresh. for those that joy hoy showers, like myself, this was unfortunate.

The property was vey well kept. Every square in h was clean and the pool was a wonderful place to lounge in the evenings.

For the price this hotel was so affordable and amazing!! The rooms are beautiful and the outside pool area is so serene, with great music taste. The service was astounding, all the staff were so kind and friendly. Daniel especially stood out through his kind heart and continuous assistance with all our queries always going above and beyond!! The hotel was located a 20 min walk from Tulum centre which we were happy to make however there are bicycles, motorcycles and cars to hire all nearby if needed- as well as taxis available! Could not recommend Zereno more!

We loved our stay at Zereno. First of all, the place is absolutely stunning. Lots of plants, nice pool and the rooms are really big & comfortable. Super clean and the staff was incredibly nice & helpful. Would definitely recommend!

It takes ages until there is warm water in the shower, if you get any at all, also water pressure is not great but that's probably a general infrastructure problem in the area. Pool is relatively small and there are only two beds. Bar was not open in March. You need a car, scooter, bicycle, taxi to get to El Pueblo or the beach.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern. There is private security up the road so you always feel safe. Aldea Zama is a hip, upcoming neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance in Tulum.

everything was perfect.

Daniel, was extremely helpful and very kind, he helped us with everything. the pool vas so cool, fresh water that it’s perfect for that hot days. the bed is very comfortable, the shower OMG… the balcony with all these plants … everything was perfect. Also there are so many restaurants and bars in Aldea Zama that it’s a beautiful place to visit, close to to center of Tulum and very close to the beach.

No recharge of the body cream in the toilet despite I asked few times and they said they will fix it. In the end they said they run out of the body cream. Guests next door were very loudy and played loud music late, however, receptionist helped us and solved this fast.

We liked everything about this little hotel. It was like a quite, nice crib in the jungle. The swimming pool area was never crowded, the towels were available straight away. The rooms were very clean and modern, perfect fit for everyone: huge tv with Netflix for the ones who enjoy to stay close to civilisation; Alexa ready to play whatever you want, new coffee machine (coffee and a bottle of water was provided everyday), and a very green terrace or a balcony to feel like Mowgli in the jungle. The shower was provided with the good quality shampoos and gels. The location is very good, 5minutes on the scooter and you are in the noisy main street. The staff is very helpful and respectful.
