The hotel felt safe. The room was huge! both room and bathroom were clean. the breakfast is not included, and honestly not that great, but we ate there some for convenience. I wish that they had a water bottle refill station instead of us having to purchase water bottles. extremely close to the park, but not in central polanco,

They could have been a little more generous with coffee and bottled water. Coffee for one, and a 300ml bottle of water for two people on a two night stay is not a whole lot; certainly not what you get in Wyndham properties in the US for about the same rate

Location was good. They arrange transport from/to the CDMX International Airport. Breakfast was very good; however, not included in my rate. But what I really liked was the staff; they are very friendly, polite and helpful. There is a very reliable taxi service with very reasonable rates.

No guest accessible microwave, you can go to the 10th floor and ask them to heat food but I prefer a guest accessible one. TV doesn't always work, wifi connection not reliable

The room did not meet my expectations as there is a misrepresentation from the pictures in the booking. I expected more comfort from a 4 star hotel. The bed was too small for me and it is difficult for two people to sleep (there is a little distance from each other). The bathroom is not good at all, the shower cabin needs to be replaced.

The staff was very kind and helpful with everything! All sights and expectations from Mexico City were explained to us in detail. The people working at the restaurant on the 10th floor were super friendly and helpful with our orders.

There is no water dispenser!!! In a country where plastic is still wasted in these huge amounts as it happens in Mexico, a hotel with a western standard like this definitely should offer A WATER DISPENSER to their guests FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REASONS. I would definitely be willing to pay a few dollars extra per night if this dispenser existed.

A great location in Mexico City, very safe and within a 10-minute walk you'll reach an area full of restaurants and cafés. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the classic western standard that you expect when you book a Wyndham :)

didn’t like the choices of restaurants nearby- there are many great ones nearby but they are all in other hotels.

Good staff and clean hotel. The location is great for the many museums in the park, with the National museo de Anthropology being a must see. also the hotel has a view of the castle and the Chapultepec Park from the 10th floor restaurant - it is a great place for convenient breakfast. Outside of the park and the museums in it, The location is otherwise just OK to good.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean; the staff was amazing- helpful and nice! I loved how comfortable the bed was. The only problem was the free Wifi, which logged me out all the time (sometimes mid-call). But in comparison to how welcomed and safe I felt, I consider it a tiny detail.

The only criticism was that there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee or tea provided! if you’re a visitor, you don’t want to have to search for that in stores.

Great location next to Chapultepec Park and a nice neighborhood. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very limited water, we asked for the complementary water and were told to go to another desk where we were asked to pay for it. Food and drink from the hotel also very expensive. Otherwise a good hotel.
