The was an all night party one of the nights from a neighbouring building which of course is no fault of the owners of the villa I stayed in, I was shocked how whoever held this party until 4am showed complete and utter disregard to the neighbours

Minimal outside furniture on the upper level patios. No tv in the upstairs bedroom. TV was programmed to benin spanish only.

The locks to front door and garage door would have felt more safe if they were deadbolts …the push knob locks seemed a little flimsy and not super secure. I would have loved better bedding/pillows (down or feather or feather like synthetic 🤷🏻‍♀️would be more comfortable, and maybe down or poly fill duvets with more weight to them. Also the oven was gas, and not labeled for safety, so it was a little dangerous when you don’t know which igniter was for the cooktop versus the stove, we had a little oven mishap here. Better written signage in English for guest instructions on lights/ overall would be nice

The location, Nina, the staff were so lovely and warm. Nice water pressure and hot water and good towels :-) The beds were comfortable mattresses, the pool was great! And condo size were perfect! Nice kitchen amenities! Despite Cancun being a noisier environment, it was mostly peaceful at our villa and quieter other guests which was nice. 😊

Windows and doors on the upper floors crackled every night through drafts and leaks. It was very windy that time. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Those thing suppose to be impoved.

A large villa, each had his own room, each his own bathroom. Lots of spacious living room and private terrace and shared pool. Details such as high quality towels very much on the plus side! Security (someone was always on guard). Great contact with local hosts, they are very polite and helpful in any situation.

There were a lot of birds who were around the pool which was great to see but there were a lot of spots with droppings. That is really the only negative!!!

The property was very lush and had gorgeous views. The rooms come with their own bathrooms which was a huge plus! All of the stuff was very helpful and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. The AC worked great and there was a good sized kitchen.

The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy,  Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. And the view was a bonus 👌

Honestly we didn’t dislike anything

Place was much better in person, we was all blown away when we arrived. The location was perfect for getting around, bus is local and you have a taxi service right next to the apartment. The view from the pool day/night is Beautiful. Overall very very happy with our stay & experience thankyou

Only two negatives are that the shower pressure in a couple of rooms wasn't great (but there were plenty of showers to share) and the pool turned our white bathing suits green on cleaning days but nothing tragic!

Villa Las Marinas was an absolute hit for us! We travelled as a group of 8 (ages from 9 to 70) and it was ideal for everyone's needs. The location was brilliant, absolutely stunning views of the lagoon with privacy that is hard to come by, we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves the entire stay. It was the perfect place for crocodile spotting! Around the corner there are a few street food places and the Hotel Zone party centre is a 10 min walk, or you can get the R1 or R2 bus from the top of the road for $12mxn which takes you the length of the HZ or into Downtown. The best part of the stay was the staff, Nina, Jorge and Natalia could not have been more helpful and were really so lovely to deal with. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be back!

The door for the shower in one of the rooms was not working and it could use some fixing because it didn't lock, the window in one shower was missing one the bottom glasses and stayed open the whole time making the bugs come into the room.

The location was perfect and the view to the city was beautiful.

The Wifi connection was horrible and we were hardly able to connect. The toilet seat was chocked and the air conditioning unit was leaking. Also, during rains, the water was getting into the upper room. These things to be taken care.

The location was good and very quiet, the property was spacious with a very nice view from the back. The key collection and checkout were very easy. The property caretaker was very well connected on Whatsapp and available all the time during the day.
