Water pressure was lacking, the door of our room was not fitted well so we could see the light from the common area (and hear almost everything going on there).

Unfortunately, the bedroom windows face the neighbors' kitchen, and the kitchen windows face the neighbors' room, so it's impossible to let natural light into the room.

The good aspects include excellent communication – no worries if you arrive late, as keys are left in a special key box. Communication via WhatsApp makes check-in very convenient. Great location, just a few steps to the melacon, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The rooftop is fantastic. And of course, the cleaning lady was super friendly, keeping the room very clean. Also, the Wi-Fi was very good. Room has a kitchen which is well-equipped and very useful.

The waterproof bed liner made a crunchy sound and held our body heat close. Kitchen pots and pans were missing handles and lids. I draining rack would have been nice to use.

The kitchen made mornings and late nights more easy to have a bite to eat without the fuss of going out. Hot shower! Easy for two people to move around inside of the space. The terrace is a lovely getaway from the business of the streets. We could turn the climate control machine off and use the natural draft effect of the small interior courtyard to cool the room. We walked everyday and saw new sights nearby and I met my dive boat a 12 minute walk away. The BEST seafood restaurant was a 3 minute walk.

The kitchen did not have very many things (1 pan, 1 small pot for cooking for example) so it would be great to have more kitchen items as it did not feel 'fully stocked'. We stayed for about 10 days and it would have been nice for the floor to be cleaned.

The location was perfect - about 3 blocks from the main walkway (malecone) and about 30 minutes walking to a beautiful beach outside the city. Everything you need is nearby (restaurants, tours, the harbor, etc). Communication was very good - the cleaners were very nice and made the bed everyday. The rooftop is anice place to hang out and have your meals.

Being 6 foot tall meant that the bed was far too short for me. My feet hung over the edge of the bed. Room 3 is the smallest without a couch for lounging and no TV. The room had a slight sewer smell. Housekeeping tried to enter the room before check in.

Location beside the malecon was excellent. Outdoor presentation of the building art was nice. The property manager was very helpful and spoke very good English. Common roof top patio was nice.

The couch was very firm, so not great for lounging. Also, there was no paper towel or dish towel in the kitchen for cooking.

Affordable price.Great size space, upstairs patio was a nice bonus. The location is close to many restaurants and bars.
