Una Vida was a lovely place to spend our Spring Break with 2 littles (3 & 6). The staff were all fantastic especially Fernando who was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. The drinks were great, food was delicious and property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was the perfect little oasis to come back to every night after exploring the beaches, cenotes, ruins and town.

We love the oasis of calm that is Una Vida, it’s a truly wonderful find in amongst the jungle but close to downtown Tulum ! The food is fresh and healthy and Yara was so helpful and attentive , helping us with all our needs .. from sightseeing to getting taxi’s and everything in between ! Thank you for the most amazing memories !

We had the most wonderful stay for our long overdue honeymoon. Everything was wonderful, they really made us feel special. A big shout out to Shio the experience manager who made our stay so special. She organised a fantastic trip to Punta Allen with the wonderful tour guide Lalo, an experience we’ll never forget. She also recommended an amazing restaurant for our last night in Tulum, which was some of the best food I’ve ever had. A shout out to Manu & Santos, two lovely waiters who really went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. If you want a small piece of paradise in Tulum look no further. We were also about to use the facilities at their sister hotel Bado which was equally as fantastic. 10/10

Amazing, absolutely stunning!!! I felt like it was a real retreat in the middle of jungle. We could use bikes for free and use Bardo facilities. I wish we booked for longer! That was the best place I ever stayed in.

Una Vida and his twin hotel Hotel Bardo (you can use both pools and restaurants) are very well designed with a strong attention to detail, definitely look like a small heaven in which we enjoyed staying by the pool in a peaceful and flourished environment with good quiet music. Delicious breakfast and staff always smiling! Near the centre (max 15mn by walk). Special note to the Guest Experience Staff that was super attentive and responsive regarding an issue with some noisy neighbors during a night.

Excellent large fruit plate for breakfast. Had this every morning as I am vegan. Beautiful Shala for morning yoga with great instructors. Staff always made sure guests had everything they needed.

Everything was excellent, so unique and clean. We had an amazing stay. Ladies on reception and waiters were always on your disposal and ready to assist. Food and cocktails were great. Also possibility of using facilities in Bardo is a big plus. Thanks to Una Vida for making our stay memorable.

The hotel is not far from a main road and our room is at the edge of the hotel, so we could hear loud traffic. We were on the first floor, when people were going up and down, there was quite a noise. Next time I will try the villa which is more inside the properties and more excluded. A lot of mosquitoes, some of other hotels do a better job of mosquitoe control with the help of herb smoke. I complained to the staff and they gave an incense on the next night. They could provide this to every room which matches their property theme. Breakfast could have more options and quality. It was the slightest and simplest breakfast among all the hotels we stayed in Mexico. I was still hungry after breakfast....

Very beautiful garden, Instagramable pools, lobby, room lounge..... full of flowers, candles, rustic or spiritual decos Staff cleaning the area every morning. Very very beautiful. They offer a lot of activities in the properties. Free yoga classes in the morning, serious yoga class not just relaxing and stretching. They also have temazcal (for a fee), sound medicine with a very beautiful setup.

A hidden gem. Tucked away from the instagram beach vibes of Tulum central. This place has effortless charm and is ironically an insta haven but without the grammers! The staff were phenomenal - Responding at any point; at any time! Being 5 minute walk to Palma Central (think an outdoor Chelsea Market/Mercato Metripolita/Time out) makes this location worth every Penny.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, it was so tropical and relaxing and the rooms and facilities were amazing 😊 the staff were so friendly especially little Santos at the restaurant and Nair on reception nothing was too much trouble also Patrick the manager was so helpful with everything he couldn’t do enough for you, absolutely top class. Una Vida was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I would highly recommend it 😊
