Service average. Breakfast order messed up one day out of four and the staff were absent another day on a day trip (room wasn’t cleaned and no breakfast or meals available). Also the insistence on cash payment was unusual and necessitated taking a lot of cash down from Mexico City. Not ideal.

Cabana right on the lovely beach of San Agustinillo. Fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean. Amazing sunsets.

The sink is poorly designed: there’s not enough room between the faucet and the bottom to even wash your hands. It would be helpful to have some storage space in the shower for shampoo etc. Beach towels should be provided and are quite expensive to rent

The location is perfect, you’re right on the beach where you can also swim. The restaurant is delicious, so you can stay at the property all day. The net around the beds works very well to keep insects out. The staff was helpful. Very relaxing experience

The place is real chill. We got there not in the right season, so the sea was super wavy, we didn't even get in. But the ambient of the place, is precious.

We loved our stay so much! What a delicious treat to have a cabana right on the beach. The restaurant was amazing. We are so many delicious meals with an ocean view and our toes in the sand.

The location is stunning and was perfect for us to unwind. Our cabańa was right on the beach and had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and friendly and we loved the way they worked so well together with fun and enjoyment. Food was great, freshly cooked using as many local in-season ingredients as possible. Menu changed daily with specials using local seafood. The large shaded area was particularly good for us to stay out of the midday sun while reading, resting in the hammocks and sampling the cocktails.

Such a lovely clean and well-designed space. Not extravagant, but so beautiful and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The best coffee we found! The beach is so beautiful and this spot offers a much less crowded beach experience with easy access to more populated areas if you want a scene. We were so happy with this place.

It's pretty pricey, even for a nice place. We stay here as a short treat, not an extended stay. Also, the wifi cut out one night and still wasn't restored by the time we left the next day.

Very comfortable. Clean, comfy mattress, and good design in the rooms. The mosquito nets are in good shape. Even the lighting has a vibe. Each unit gets its own hammock, plus many more down near the restaurant that are reserved exclusively for guest use (the staff are very good about patrolling these and making sure only hotel guests use them.) I've stayed both in the units near the road and further away and, honestly, the sound of the road isn't a bother. The staff are very sweet too. The complimentary soap and shampoo are good quality.

Would have liked to have a bath mat and washcloth. And maybe a little rug at the end of the bed where you get in to get the ever present sand off your feet before getting into bed!

The location was perfect right on the beach, the quiet part, so peaceful. The staff was wonderful. The sound of the ocean is what I will miss the most. This place was a perfect place to relax.

Like most places in this region, there’s no hot water. This didn’t bother me but I say it as a heads up.

A true gem in the middle of San Agustinillo. The cabañas are very cute and well maintained. I stayed in the second row behind the beach and actually preferred it because guests linger in the beachfront restaurant area. My cabaña was quiet and felt secluded.

Maintenance seems to be lacking, my toilet seat was slowly breaking and the inside of the bowl needed calcium stains removed. There is only cold water.

The location is amazing, the beach cabins are nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Sun loungers could maybe be upgraded!

Amazing location with sea view on the sand so you can walk straight into the sea. Very friendly manager and staff in general, nice tasteful design.
