Never saw any personal, instructions sent to my phone to find the key in a lockbox. Tried to contact the host about coming a day earlier but they didn't get back to me so we had to stay an extra day in Merida. The refrigerator was very loud all night, but was good and cold

A downside was housekeeping only came every two days; the time of cleaning wasn't necessarily consistent each time even a day was skipped, unfortunately (not a huge deal). Secondly, we were provided 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for the bathroom. Unfortunately, the first cleanup they took the hand towel and never replaced it. I mentioned this to the host, but the towel was never replaced. Lastly, on the 8th or 9th day there, we spotted a coach roach on someone's door by the pool. Didn't think too much of it until we spotted a coachroach in our room later on that night. Likely, we didn't see any more thereafter.

It was in a great location, close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, bike/atv/scooter rentals, etc... Vanessa, the host was great, always super helpful when needed. We arrived earlier than checkin, which she allowed us to check in early without any issue. The kitchen had the bare essentials (1 pot, 1 small frying pan, 1 medium frying pan, basic utensils, cups, plates, blender, toaster, etc (enough for 2 people) The additional room was a wash room to hand wash and hang dry if needed. The apartment had a balcony which overlooked the pool, which was really nice. In addition, I had more than enough space to work without feeling cramped.

Great location, friendly host, and amazing stay. The apartment is very spacious and gorgeous! Plus it felt super safe/secure with great door locks. The host is super sweet always giving us recommendations for the day and giving us discounts to local excursions like casa tortugas. I could not recommend this place enough!! The wifi is great, it's a clean apartment, the shower is great, the kitchenette is like a full kitchen, and the balcony was awesome as well.

Great little spot. Why pay beach prices when you can start here and just be at the minutes on a bike. Super comfortable apt and pool is refreshing at end of day. Vanessa and rest of staff are wonderful.

Water after shower makes the entire bathroom wet as the platform near the bathroom door is not high enough to keep the water in the shower space. Not sure why this simple issue has not been solved. The bed in the front/living room is not good for sleeping. It gave us backache. There are no proper instructions about garbage disposal or room service. They have enough parking spots but one spot was wasted all the time as there were some tree branches that were cut and placed in this spot.

simple and good place to stay. after riding bike nice to get in a bit cold pool-we enjoyed doing this! there is big shopping centre close enough to property. kichen was with all what we need-blender, toster, coffe machine, knives, cuting board, oil, salt and pepper. ac working well. hot watter and good pressure. kichen maybe a bit dark but thats dont make big sence. good location-it was quiet at night, but Tulum centre is close to walk. to get to beach there is a lot places to rent bike or scooter.

Construction all around (it’s everywhere in Tulum tho) which created a lot of dust/noise outside from about 8am-6pm. This wasn’t a huge issue for me tho-I was out most of those hours anyway. You may want to wear/bring socks/slippers/flip flops to wear indoors-even tho the floors are cleaned every few days my feet still picked up quite a bit of dust/dirt. Also the bathroom floor gets wet from the shower-there isn’t much of a barrier keeping shower water from leaking/splashing onto the rest of the floor. This is a mere design flaw tho-nothing the staff can do. I found it helpful to turn the shower head towards the wall. There is no stove and one of the cook tops didn’t work but it was easy to manage anyway. Even with these few minor discrepancies I still enjoyed the space very much.

Close to town center and right across the street from a supermarket. spacious rooms/stocked kitchen/comfy bed/small safe/good water pressure & hot water/great AC. I was very happy to see a blender (for smoothies!) Vanessa was super attentive and kind. Great communication leading up to and through my stay. Due to a flight delay I arrived later than expected and there were no issues. They send out a very informative PDF the day before you arrive. Make sure to say hello to the resident cat!

Booked a specific room overlooking pool months out when all room were available to choose from. The night before the hosts changed the picture of the room in the listing and in turn my booking to a different room overlooking a carpark instead of the pool. Pretty low act as it was our longest and most anticipated stay of the trip. Literally had to beg for them to do the right thing and change to a different room, making it seem like they were doing me a favour. Denied it as expected, have booked over 80 times on booking.com so clearly understand the specific room I book and the linked photos The shower was terrible, just keep going from very hot to very cold every 10-15 seconds.

We booked this apartment to be able to cook, however there was not many kitchen utensils for us to cook a proper meal. This could definitely be improved for the future!

Great apartment, simple but good. The shower was the best one we’ve experienced so far on this trip. Good pressure and warm water! The cleaning was good and the pool area nice.

The property was misrepresented in the listing. There were many photos, but they were of other units. Ours was a converted garage, literally! The "fully equipped kitchen" was an absolute joke. The faucet was simply a hose bib sticking out of the wall.

Not much to like. It was clean and the coffee was good. Other than that, nothing.

We booked a ground floor room but were given a third floor room. The kitchen was minimally stocked. It would have been a real challenge to cook a full meal. No drinking water was provided. This was a first in all the many places we've stayed in Mexico. The construction in the neighborhood was very loud and went on all day. It was impossible to use the very small decks because of the noise.

We've stayed at Tulum Nah before. We like the location and way the rooms are laid out. We booked a ground floor room to have easy access to the pool but were put into a 3rd floor room instead. That was very disappointing and Vanessa, the concierge was gracious in helping us adjust. She's a gem and the only reason we stayed at Tulum Nah rather than looking for an alternative place to stay.
