The beach bar is small and open for non hotel residents. beach chairs are almost impossible to get. There are beach rocks that are hard to navigate when you would like to swim. once you get passed them it's clean.

The ocean front room is just amazing. The view is unbeatable and the size of the room is hug. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The location also is unbeatable.

What deterred us from staying and enjoying the view and pool from the rooftop, was the extra loud rave music. It could have been played more towards the bar, we honestly just wanted to relax by the pool and enjoy the view, so that ruined it. We ended up going back to the beach. The toilet felt claustrophobic, not good if you're a tall person. Since they tell you not to flush any tissues in the toilet (signs posted in the toilet), they can at least put some air freshener in the toilet or garbage bin.

We liked that the hotel was right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, the view from the balcony was great, and it had a view of the ocean. The shower had great water pressure. The staff were nice, I liked that we got a text letting us know that our room was ready and that any issues can directly be texted to them instead of having to call the front desk. The hotel is close to the ADO terminal as well as the ferry to Cozumel. The rooftop pool had a very nice view of the ocean as well.

The cleanliness was not there. The walls and ledges were not clean at all You got 2 coffee pods and 4 waters and that was it No matter the length of stay Beach loungers were broken and there were only 6 of them The cushions up at the pool were really dirty

Open plan bathroom might be a bit too exposed for friends. Slight wear and tear and stains on pillows, though otherwise generally clean. You will be able to hear the party strip on the weekend as a downside of it being so close to the action. We didn't have it too bad as we were in a room on the far end but something to note for people who are very sensitive to sound.

Location was great, right on the ocean front and behind fifth avenue. Good for those looking for a relatively good bargain spot to crash for a party weekend.

If I could make one complaint, because we like to leave balcony doors open we were not able to turn external lights on balcony off & this was distracting.

Music volume on Saturday nights had read reviews so knew to take ear plugs

The hotel for the price is great yes it’s a little run down but not enough to deter us from staying there again next time. Location is great and music isn’t too loud unless you are there on a Saturday night then I recommend ear plugs. Breakfast is good , rooms are large , you do have to pay a holding deposit for beach towel which is refundable

Breakfast could have been better, a bit disappointed, we ended up having breakfast in the restaurants around - and there were many of those - so it kind of worked out!

Location is perfect, right in the centre of the busy area but still in a perpendicular street to the main one allowing more quiet surroundings. Modern hotel. Large room, very comfortable bed. View from the rooftop with the pool is amazing. The hotel was also not busy when we were there so really nice, feel the pool and roof could get crowded easily in high season!

The nightclubs at the top of the street were very loud. Music pumping bass until 2 am. We were not notified that the restaurant was closed and under renovations - which will be nice when complete. Also the deck was closed as it is included in the renovation. Ans drinks in deck 5 are very expensive.

Location was convenient. Rooms were clean and ready overall well maintained. The hotel was adult only so it was quiet. Deck 5 pool was a great place to enjoy the sun

Breakfast was horrible, with not enough food for all the guests. It felt like they cooked whatever they had left in the kitchen and served us that for breakfast. One day, dry chicken nuggets, rice, and beans; another day, cheese fettuccine?!
