,The restaurants were difficult to get into, they were so busy. The one time we managed to get into the Italian restaurant, our server Alfredo, was the rudest and unattentive server I've ever met!

The techno music at the rooftop pool got to be annoying. The restaurants don’t accept reservations. A good work-around is to stop by and put your name in - they will tell you it will be an hour during the busy times - and go to the Lobby bar for cocktail hour. It was only an issue at dinner time.

I booked two “honeymoon” suites and they were wonderful. Surprisingly nice accessories. A huge shower and a huge indoor hot tub. They come with a large ocean front balcony that even has a hanging swing chair. I felt very spoiled. The room came with exclusive concierge level benefits that included access to the adult only infinity pool on the roof as well as a VIP lounge on the 9th floor that always had interesting snacks and a bar. The rooftop pool had lots of shade and made my dermatologist happy. We never even left the property for an entire week. I suggest you load the hotel “app” on your phone as it has all the restaurant information and menus on it.

Food, was terrible. The room service food was very poorly done and the restaurant food was very bad as well. Disappointing.

first night while taking a shower, drain was not working and started flooding the outside of the shower we had to clean it up with towels, meanwhile someone came up. We called the desk right away and problem was resolved in less than 30minutes, issues was clogged hair.

As with any AI the food at some restaurants was better than at others. The roof top restaurant and Mexican restaurant were standouts. The buffet flow was poor resulting in lines from certain stations overlapping other food areas and should be redesigned, but overall food quality was good. Mini bar was often not restocked on a daily basis.

Loved the location, friendly staff, property size were all great. Just enough beach for everyone to enjoy and largely seaweed free. The free water taxi to the mall was a nice touch. Views from the roof top restaurant, pool and bar were wonderful day or night.

Everything closes down VERY early. Not enough attention to entertainment or night time activities.

The service provided by the personnel was exceptional.

The hotel is located outside the hotel zone (about 20 minutes away). The area is very quiet, safe, and secluded. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The staff is attentive tou your needs as well.

The location is more of a secluded mega resort as the beach area is relatively small but nice. More activities and amenities for adults would be nice for those not looking to indulge in alcohol all day by the pools. It can take up to 30-40 minutes for a taxi to go off-site so plan accordingly. Currently about $20-$40 to get to the hotel zone areas. The breakfast options are serviceable and comparable to other 5-star resorts in the Hotel Zone. The night dining options need drastic improvement. We overheard several guests complain about the quality of flavor and portions of the meals. Dining options are presented as fine dining but would be better served as just offering good tasting meals or a couple casual options like a taco bar or barbecue without a dress code. The Mexican restaurant lacks a bit of flavor for “authentic” dishes. The Italian restaurant is not good. Room service offerings besides breakfast, also are not that good aside from the sandwiches. Room service can take up to 90 minutes. The service in the restaurants was ok but understaffed. Staff was working hard though. Kid areas seemed like an afterthought. We don’t have kids but another comment we overheard consistently. The rooftop pool gets way overcrowded and limited to preferred members during the day. Just a note for future guests.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with spacious rooms, clean modern design, a rooftop infinity pool, oversized ground pool, and typical 5 star amenities such as majestic meeting spaces, on-site convenience stores and restaurants. The cleaning staff and bar service is excellent. The Spa also gets you a few minutes of stunning views from its hydrotherapy balconies. The massage therapists were some of the best in our recent Caribbean 5-star resort vacations. The ocean front master suite offers one of the best sunrises in Mexico. The bar areas offer more top shelf liquors than other resorts.

The Pan-asian Restaurant Himitsu has been a bit of a deception. Having slept very little and having the „do not disturb“ sign on my door, I did not particularely enjoy the chatting noise of the cleaning staff in the room next to mine. It‘s a small thing but nevertheless important for guests who come and go at different times of the day and night.

I did like the extra mile this Hotel goes to make you feel at home on a higher level. No disturbing bracelet to remind you of your all-inclusive stay. Friendliness and competency on all levels have given this establishment an extra star in my view. The Italian Restaurant has clearly made my evening. A great place to dine. The Club level advantages were clearly a plus.

Everything was PERFECT, way beyond my expectations. Do visit.

From the moment we arrived they received us with two glasses of champagne, we've had a very rough day so that little detail alone was very pleasant and took us right back into town, they take your car down to the garage valet style, they will take your luggage to your room at no cost and everybody is smiling and having a great time not only be visitors, but also the staff, making jokes and trying to make the most of your time. We were booked for just one night, but after looking at the place and how we felt we decided right there men to book a second night.

The only thing my fiancé and I weren’t really fond of was the night life. To be honest, after 11pm, there wasn’t much to do other than go back to our room and enjoy the in-room amenities such as Netflix, room service, and our hot tub. This wasn’t the resorts fault though. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, they had to put certain safety measures in place (which is understandable).

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and hassle free.
