If i called hotel valet, bell person, if they can arrange a taxi pick up from wherever I am at, so I can feel safe returning back to hotel.

Location is beautiful. The hotel room, ocean view, and balcony is beautiful. We Enjoyed the activities. We Enjoyed the food.

We stayed as preferred guests in the honeymoon suite. The room was exceptional. Very comfortable with great views.

There were a lot of reel ins to set you up to buy extra things. They wouldn’t really let you walk away that easy and I just wanted to come and relax after paying for my stay. Also the spa is a bit pricey. I got confused with the price and ended up paying more than $600 for a couple spa/massage

The food was good and the restaurant were setup really nice. I think most of all, I enjoyed the beach. The water was very blue and the sand & beach was clean

From the moment I’ve arrived, the hospitality was beyond my expectations. I was greeted and my belongings were brought to my room. i literally didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to my luggage. they valet parked my car. The room was very cozy. I love how every room has a balcony and overlooks the ocean. They have two pools. there’s a main big one, and then a smaller one ( i used the smaller one for my son) & they have a well designed kids water park. it was sooooo much fun. they have many varieties of food and i never reserved any restaurants. i can walk in and still was able to be seated and served. times i didn’t feel like dining in room service was so quick. under 30mins!!!!! this is a very relaxing hotel. very calm quiet away from all the noise. the spa was 10/10. overall i enjoyed my stay and i would love to come back.

The entertainment need more activities throughout the day and night. The adult pool on rooftop need more of an adult feel like the music was more instrumental the regular pool had better music than the adult pool.

The options for dinner. Being able to just go and not having to make reservations. We did the romantic dinner for 2 it was over the top the service Joel Martinez gave was excellent! I will make sure we always do that when we come to that resort. Really enjoyed not having to swim with the kiddos rooftop pool was everything. Lastly the spa was heaven, the hydro therapy to the massage was just what I needed. Very professional from the check in to our exit.

Beach is not for swimming. You have to take a taxi and go to playa delfines or playa blanca on the zona hotelera

wind whistles through your room, heavy doors hard to open. June was not the right season to come. A lot of weeds, better not walk in the water without shoes.

The beach is poor. No space to swim, both water and beach full of algas, and doesn’t seem they try to clean.

Modern, well organised , good selection of bars, cafes, restaurants. Good large swimming pool where one always can find a place.

The staff is amazing and very helpful, lovely breakfast and buffet - very homely feeling throughout our stay. strongly recommend A lot of good restaurants and the pool is awesome

Having someone give you a sales pitch the minute you check in, is RUDE!!! We had been flying for 5 hrs., we were tired and only wanted to go to our room and rest. That is a TERRIBLE idea!!! Started the whole stay off on the wrong foot!!

Breakfast was good. Not happy that all your restraunts weren't open at the same time. Made choices limited.
