We were so pleased to have found this little gem! Great check in experience with Sirkka and Romeo and always there to help throughout our stay. Good sized apartment with two really comfy double beds, clean and well presented. Hot water for showering always available. Great air conditioning in the bedroom and excellent little kitchen and big fridge freezer. There is a nice sized lounge with dining table and sofa too. Fantastic breakfast around the corner at Mango Cafe, highly recommended! Local area is safe, with local shops, bars and restaurants. Taxis to central area easy to get at the end of the road, takes about 10 mins to town. Or if you walk it’s 40 mins, lovely walk too.

Spacious, cozy, easy to find and very tranquil during day and night. The bed is very comfortable. Supermarket is only a 2 minutes ride away in the cart.

Limited kitchen supplies, one small mirror in bathroom only. Missing blind in the bedroom window (a spare blanket we made into a curtain). A side lamp in the bedroom would be useful, but this is just personal preference.

Good location, about 10 minutes from the main town of Isla Mujeres. Air con in the bedroom. The owner upgraded our room for free, which was very nice.

I highly recommend a stay at Suites Ha. The staff are super helpful and the apartment that we stayed in was huge. It is a short drive from the ferry station which takes about five minutes and costs 100 pesos. Taxis are freely available from the ferry port and on the road between Suites Ha and the rest of the Island. I'd recommend getting a taxi drivers number so you can ask for them to pick you up to see nearby attractions as well heading to see the sunset one morning. You may think at first that you are cut off from the the beaches but you'll soon realise that being amongst the locals and the restaurants around Suites Ha, offer better food at a significantly lower price and a more authentic atmosphere - Mango Cafe, El Chefcito were highlights. The walk to Playa Norte is about forty minutes, but leaving early and coming home in the evening, makes it a great way to start and end the day.

I was hoping to cook some of our meals. Other than scrambled eggs, not much else was possible. The pan was not usable to make sunnyside up eggs because the eggs would run to the edges of the pan as it was not flat so, with scrambled eggs you can chase them around in the pan. With only one burner you can only prepare one thing at a time, cook your vegetables but not your meat or, vice versa - Frustrating! Can't even barbeque - no grill. We wanted some autonomy that's why we chose an apartment and not a hotel. One other suggestion - hooks! It would be nice to be able to hang a robe, jacket, or... And, more screens in the windows, please! The staff at the residence took good care of us! Kudos to them!

The only downside was the water that was not functioning properly at first, but Sirkka & Romeo were very reactive and solved the issue within less than 20 minutes. Still shower water pressure was a little on the lower side, but definitely manageable.

Wonderful stay at Sirkka's property, the apartment was spotless, very clean and with a lot of room between the bedroom and the living room. Very comfy bed, and the big plus for me was definitely the outside shared terrace with hammock. Also, very good location, close to supermarket as well as very good restaurant for breakfast and lunch (Polos Mango Cafe). Also really appreciated, the responsiveness of the owner (through WhatsApp and text message) and their kindness in getting us an early check-in.

Everything! The house is perfect and clean. There is nothing bad I can say about them. My ferry was a bit late and I asked them to stay a bit longer and they let me whit out problem.

The only thing is that we get another accomodation, Suites Lorens instead of Suites Ha which we have booked. We have been told that there was some electricity problem...Price was fair (we got 15% discount for change of apartment) and we really enjoyed our stay in Suites Lorens, so no remarks!

Suites Lorens Apartment was nice and clean,location is good if YOU have a golf cart! You have private locked parking and yard with terrace. Romeo is was very nice and friendly host. You can see him working arround every single day to make pleasent stay. Next door La Lomita bar and restaurant is nice. Coctails recomended!

The balcony is too small to fit a chair. The hammock that we saw on the pictures was unfortunately not there during our stay.

Spacious, comfortable flat. The kitchen is small but very functional. Netflix is available on the TV in the bedroom. The wifi works very well.

The check In was a litte bit difficult because there is no sign or bell to ring. The next wifi option to text the owner is at the grocery store about 300m away. I recommend getting a sim card in advance to be able to text or call.

Location was perfect for us. It was clean. Realistic pictures. All in all a good stay.

Water pressure was uneven, but doesn't seem to be the owner's fault. The unit does need a few tables or extra shelving in the bedroom. A few bowls in the kitchen would be helpful, too.

We rented a motorcycle, due to the distance to the downtown area. But it was a short, fun ride. The hosts were responsive with a few requests we made. (Extra towels, TP, etc.) Security (2 locked doors) was good.

Very far from north area - for sure need a taxi or to rent a golf car. The bedding and linens were uncomfortable and felt very cheap. They do not provide any beach towels which isn’t very convenient. Check-in and check-out process were also not the most convenient.

Property was spacious and nice to have a kitchen if cooking. They did let us check out an hour later.
