The property is located across an outdoor mall.. to be honest, I had little trouble getting out of the parking lot. There is some series traffic on that street - and you must be careful when crossing the street.

The breakfast was excellent - surprisingly great. I thought it was going to be a cup of coffee and a donut. I was surprised. Actually, my family stayed there once before and convinced me to book it again. Yes, I would definitely stay there again.

The prices that I paid for two rooms were not worth it, one room was ready and my second room was ready 2 hours later,the TV in one of the rooms was bad .I tried calling the front desk, but they didn't answer the phone at all.i went to the front desk and told them about tv and to see if myy second room was ready and they just said, I willll send somebody to fix the TV which nobody show up and my other room they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes which became 2 hours. I have pictures of the TV and the white blanket had few black spots. So, as I went on with my day . I got to my room late and I couldn't open my room and I had to go down to the front desk to tell the guy that my key was not opening and this was at 2am .I went to the front desk the first thing the man asked me if I authorized somebody to come to my room because somebody was trying to get inside my room. I told him NO, and they ii told him I did sign a waiver not to give anybody my information, so why is this going on .he told me he didn't gave the person access to my room so I told him to go with me up to the room so we can see if the key was going to work and if something was missing in my room so he can be present. We went up to the room, and the key work and nothing was missing, but after the black part, where you put the key to open it, it fell off, and I told him I think somebody was trying to get in my room and he said the black piece where you tap the key they fall off but to put the chain inside to lock my room so I can feel safe..I WILL NEVER WILL STAY THERE plus the price I pay is not worth it .

Our check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm. After our arrival we still had to wait 30 mins. The guy at front desk claimed the system was being updated. Two weeks prior, I called to confirm reservation and asked the to have our room ready when we get there.

The lights in the room didn’t work. They kept flashing and turning off and it was impossible to predict which switch would trigger them to turn on. The bathroom sink mirror wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned because it had dried splatter toothpaste stains. The sink itself was disgusting too and I’m pretty sure I saw mold starting to grown from the faucet. The room overall was just filthy, I didn’t even bother getting under the covers, simply laid on top and used my own blanket. And to make things worse I didn’t even get to sleep because the people next door kept waking me up with their fighting. I would’ve used the phone to let someone know but it didn’t work and was covered in all type of crumbs and dust so I didn’t even want to touch it. At the price they charge and the type of service they provide, just don’t. Save your money.

The only thing I liked was the treatment I received from the gentlemen working the front desk Saturday night. He was kind and attentive and he made his best effort to give me the best room but I don’t blame him for what I got.

False marketing. There’s a lot of construction. The noise is too Heavy. The room is unfinished. The tv, the phone didn’t work. The fan in bathroom makes loud noise. The bathroom is in poor condition. Mirror lighting not working well. The toilet paper holder was malfunctioning. The mini split has a light that’s too bright at night. Bed and pillows bad quality. I wasn’t offered Any help with my luggage. There was no electricity in my floor nor room. Instead of making me aware They exposed me to potential hazards, they shouldn’t have offered such a bad service. What a ripoff. The price is too high for this type of place. Of course, I will never go back there. I will seek my reimbursement.

What I didn't like is that the room I stayed in 404 was so uncomfortable and flies in the room didn't make it any better at all. I have stayed here a couple of times already and this one by far has been the moat disappointment 😞. It was filthy and the fly problem needs to be taken care of as well. Another thing it's a family hotel not a party hotel the people who stayed next to us made the night so long and restless I didn't like it one bit very upset about this so vacation I took and decided to stay there not cool. I should have taken picture of everything that was out of place
