A few insects in the room on our first day (to be expected in Tulum)

Paradise! We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Food was great-we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here & staff so helpful and friendly. Cleanest beach front of all the hotels in Tulum. We did a yoga class overlooking the beach which was great and a lovely novelty. The whole aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful.

Everything about the hotel was phenomenal. The room was packed with thoughtful details, like the gourmet pour-over coffee, beach bag, umbrellas, towels, robes, personal care products, and the list goes on. The design was top notch. It was a privilege to stay there.

If you're staying on the beach side, the sand naturally gets everywhere, but the staff do a great job cleaning twice with the turn down service.

This stunning hotel is calm and clean, and right on the beach. The staff are magnificent and the design and layout of the place means everything is easily accessible. We have 2 small kids and it was really easy for us to navigate from pool to restaurant to beach. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool was wonderful for us and we saw it cleaned daily. The restaurant has some of the tastiest meals we ate, and it was hands down the best breakfast around. It is located next to La Zebra where you can enjoy Mexican food, and another pool at no charge as the two hotels have the same owners. It is on the quieter end but walkable to all the main highlights of the Hotel Zone, shopping, restaurants, food trucks. The turn down service with the flask of herbal tea and little chocolates was a charming touch. There is yoga and a handful of other wellness activities. A highlight was the massage.

The swimming pool is small and in the back so not the reason to go but not a big deal with the gorgous beach in front.

Excellent food, the beach is beautiful, the facility is super relaxing and convenient with everything close to each other. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby and great staff.

Our room was on the so-called „jungle“ side, and there was a loud generator with noise all night. Opening doors for fresh air was impossible because of that noise and even with closed doors you would hear the noise all night. Get a room on the beach side if possible. Most beach lounges were reserverad by other guests, which was a bit weird, as the process was not clear and we had to take lounges that only had limited sun protection. The prices at the beach for drinks and food are a bit over the roof.

It has a beautiful beach, friendly and very mindful staff, clean rooms and is located close to great restaurants.

Incredible beach front location, we had a master suite and it was huge really lush and so many gorgeous touches - absolutely loved it! Great friendly staff and despite the seaweed it was still just lovely lying on the loungers out front.

Beach towels at room were not really towels, could be better. Could have a clothes rack to put wet beachwear. When we were there, the beach had some Sargasso which is not their fault (but I don`t think they clean that as other hotels do), it didn`t impact on our lovely stay and we were able to enjoy the sea though.

Great location at the beach in Tulum (but if you are staying there, you must know that there is heavy traffic jam at nights - specially Friday and Saturday) due to the busy location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant was fairly good (but pricey as everything in Tulum), we had breakfast there 2 days and dinner 1 day, but there is also other very good options close, I`d recommend to try others. The beach club was very good, with sofas and comfortable places.

Though it's still in the party zone along Tulum Beach, it's just a bit further walk to the bigger restaurants and beach clubs. But honestly no more than like a 15 min walk

Beautiful clean room and facilities. Small and quaint but very peaceful and modern property overall. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating and the food at Lula's kitchen was fantastic.

it is a pitty that the masseuse only worked from 10 am till 5 pm, so you are no able to get treatment after a day exploring the neighbouring tourist attractions

SPA was working only till 5 pm, so it was impossible to book a massage after a day out. The menu for breakfast could be more varied.

The location was perfect, quiet and lovely. The beach was clean, as the staff tried to get rid of seagrass as soon as it appeared. However, it would have been much more efficient in case they used special equipment like some other hotels.

The price a little bit high and nothing included , neither the breakfast . But as it was so good, it’s acceptable !

We like it All! So Keep it as it is. Quite. Beautiful . Clean. All Well maintained . Don’t make it a fancy place , crowded, with noise, disturbance , bad behaviors, etc .

Hardly to think of anything.

This was the best vacation experience we had so far. Lula is amazing. From morning coffee to watch the sunrise to evening surprises, we loved every minute we spent in Lula and it was definitely great choice. Location of the hotel is very convenient, providing guests with calm and peaceful atmosphere but within walking distance to fancy clubs and restaurants. Big thanks for our happy memories go to all hotel employees, particularly the ones at the reception desk who helped with all our requests.

Pool was very small, essentially a plunge pool. No exercise facilities other than yoga studio.

Restaurant was very good. Location unbeatable for great local restaurants and entertainment within walking distance . Room was kept very clean. Although sparsely appointed the room was comfortable with a very comfy bed. Staff was attentive and helpful, but in no way proactive.
