I really like this place and it is my favorite place in Cabo.

I love the homey comfort and location of San Angel Suites. They are on the minimalist side with all the essentials. Not plush but everything you need for simple living. I especially liked the operator Monise she was very accommodating. I had to reach out to the property before our arrival to insure that they would have a downstairs unit available because I have a bad knee. She accommodated my request. We arrived 2 days after the hurricane and the AC and satellite TV were not working due to the storm. She quickly pivoted and got fans for us and even bought a new smart TV so we could use our streaming apps.

The hairdryer was not provided. Air condition was not working for few days.

The arpartment is great located, just 5 minutes from the marina and all the restaurant area. Apartment by hisself was huge and with a nice balcony.

Super sorry I don’t remember the front desk ladies name but had great service the entire time and room cleaning woman was always offering her help. Great location for downtown action restaurants. Highly recommend

There was a little ant problem in the bathroom but it was eventually resolved.

This place is really a great stay if you plan to explore Los Cabos away from big hotels and resorts. The studio was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom. Very quiet at night and at the same time safe to walk back and forth in the dark from the marina. Nice restaurants nearby as well as the water taxi to take you around Land’s end. I’m already planning to come again

The friendly and attentive staff was exceptional and effective. They keep the facility very clean and in great condition, while making you feel very welcome. We loved the open areas, especially the sauna. The clever layout of the property makes it seem like you’re alone! The location is superb, within easy walking distance to the marina and a nice public beach. Cute coffee shop right around the corner and an organic food shop as well. Everything we needed and wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable week!

The refrigerator was a bit loud at first but we got used to it.

Our suite (#8) overlooked the lovely Plaza San Lucas, which we enjoyed every morning during breakfast on our balcony. The location of the property was excellent: just beyond earshot of the busy downtown area but within walking distance of the marina for a water taxi ride to The Arch and Pelican Rock and of Cannery Beach for a pleasant swim at the mostly-locals beach. For the couple of days we had a rental car we were able to park onsite. The suite was large with a high ceiling and was quiet and comfortable.

Sometimes TV lost wifi connection

Staff professionalism like Monses and Christina is exemplary.We took Grayline to apartment from airport cost only $30/person and we realize that using Uber near this accomodation is convenient to Chileon and El Medano beaches not necessarily using taxi or using car rentals.Good to go to local Soriano Hypermart instead of going to Walmart from this accomodation,10 mins by Uber,safe.Should try the chocolate clams,very local.

The property itself has no problem only the loud music from the neighbors/another building continuing party in their cars in the middle of the night in two nights (not always)

I cannot say anything bad, and I am picky!

I cannot say enough about San Angel Suites. For my travel needs, it was perfect. I was visiting a few days in Cabo before getting on a scuba diving liveaboard. I am not a resort person. I appreciated this location for several reasons: It is a quiet location. My studio was a large room with a nice bed, a big shower, furniture for my luggage, a tv, and a kitchen. It was clean and the owners were attentive when I asked for extra towels. The floor is stained concrete, so I did not have to worry about my wet scuba equipment damaging anything. Besides being centrally located in general, there is a nice little organic grocery store right around the corner, so I had basic breakfast items in my room for my early rising and could make a sandwich to bring on the boat for local diving. My last night I was exhausted and just grabbed something at the store to cook in my room. My final morning I packed up everything for my livaboard, and the suite staff came to my front door to collect my laundry at 8 am sharp (per my prearranged request). It arrived fresh and folded before checkout for a nominal fee. If you want a bustling hotel with a pool, spa, lots of people and lot of activity, this accommodation will not serve your needs. But if you want something that affords more self sufficiency, is incredibly clean, conveniently located, reasonably priced, and quaint, this is your place! You will love it.
