Folding door for bathroom

Love location and beds were comfy. Bit dated and strange the bathroom had a folding door but still perfect for a quick get away.

No swimmable access for miles

The staff, were more than accommodating. Very very nice. The facility is plain but clean and everything in Cozumel is double the price that I remember when I first visited ,years ago. So beware. Everything is expensive

The music at night when I wanted to go to bed. I used ear plugs (that I carry for the plane) which worked out well.

I was in the ocean view room with balcony and it was great. Seeing and hearing the ocean is wonderful. Staff was helpful and offered a snorkeling tour with the best price in town that I came across. Clean, spacious room with refrigerator, TV, and tub. At night, able to hear music and chill on the balcony.

Bit noisy in the morning and night.

You can book a snorkeling trip directly at the dive shop in the house. They'll happily keep your stuff safe until you come back. Seňora Flor is super nice, gracias!

There are renovations underway at the hotel which has left dust everywhere. I was a bit concerned as I wear lenses and am a hygiene freak about my eyes health. I do hope that the cushions for the furnishings will be updated during this period as they were on the grunge side of their life. The limited parking was even more limited as they are now renting vehicles and scooters from the limited space. This requires rotating vehicles to get in and out of the property and even more limited parking. It will take some deep cleaning to remove all of the construction dust from everywhere.

There is no breakfast at the hotel itself, but there are options nearby. The rooms are large and spacious. They were very comfortable with hard mounted bed frames. My a/c worked well, but I was comfortable without having to use it. The rooms are basic but safe and secure containing a wooden key locked box for valuables. The dive shop is downstairs and the pier is across the street. The shop has some items available in terms of parts, accessories and apparel. They will store your gear for you and you can wash and clean it there. There is space for limited parking of a few vehicles and scooters.

AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU LIKE TO SLEEP! HOTEL is right next to a bar that puts loudspeakers out on the sidewalk and BLASTS dj music and has live bands with full drum kit EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK until 4AM. Even with earplugs, the speakers and drum kit were shaking my room and bed. I booked in advance and hotel has a strict no refund policy, so I was stuck with this nightmare for a week. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. It's not worth it.

Location is walkable to ferry pier and city center. Big rooms with big beds

It was unfortunately noisy...Late at night and very early in the morning, the security staff (or other people- hard to tell) were talking loudly either on the phone or with other people. The fact that there aren't any window doesn't help for noise isolation. Construction started early too, steps from the hotel... The shower, ouf! The ceiling looks like it's going to fall down and it didn't seem very sanitary although "clean". I understand that for that price you can't expect much but the bathroom needs work. I would've also like a lock for the main room door. The handle just locked itself upon closing the door, no other options to lock from the inside, felt a bit unsafe even though I don't think anything could've happened.

Location would've been great however the whole Main Street was in construction. The beds were confortable and the staff was nice.

My go to place when in Cozumel. Love the staff and simply the best bed on the island. Love waking up to the cruise ships in port.

There is a lot of noise at night and in the morning. Bring ear plugs and ask for a room in the back instead of on the ocean view. You can see the ocean from the front of every room anyway. The room decor is old but who cares. It’s inexpensive and comfortable.

The staff is phenomenal. The location is amazing. If you use Alex scuba, the dock is lotus 10 second walk. They made me coffee. They gave me a fridge because I stayed three weeks.

The room was fine, but it was just a room and a bathroom. I didn’t realize how useful a microwave and mini fridge were until I didn’t have them. They did provide a cooler and ice was easy to get at the 7-11 a few doors down. Pretty sparse accommodation, but it did the trick.

The location was perfect for pier pickup for diving. But it was also right in the heart of tourist activity and pricey restaurants. Which was kind of nice because there was live music and people. But expensive. I would have rather stayed inland a few blocks to get out of the tourist area. Lesson learned.

Love the location and staff. Very comfortable king bed with waterfront views. Can walk everywhere from here. Secure parking, too. Love the staff.

The screen door opens up with strong wind. Also, room got soaked after a heavy rain.

Everything was great for the price. Highly recommend when staying in the center of the town. Beautiful to wake up to the water off the balcony.

Great location big room with over sized cement bathtub . Ocean view only 25 feet from the roaring ocean. big tv roku for steaming YouTube and stuff. Good energy from staff and car and scooter rental on sight.

The location for scuba divers is very good as the main pier used by the dive boats is just across the street. This is a traditional mexican hotel for budget minded divers. Can be noisy in evenings. Many local restaurants in immediate area. This is a clean, no frills accomodation in the heart of old town San Miguel
