didnt like the people that were on the side of the elevators bottom floor offering some kind of trip packages kept offering their trip packages even though we kept telling them no there was a guy named jorge that kept following me offering the same thing made me feel Uncomfortable

Waayy tooo many sales ppl. They parked at the bottom of the stairs to enter the beach area and it was hard getting some of them to take no for an answer. We ate and had drinks from the hotel, spent over $2000 then went down to the beach with our cooler full of waters and were told we had to buy 5 drinks from the bar to sit at the hotel tables abd umbrellas on the beach. Which we had already purchased 4 alcohol drinks and 3 non alcohol before even going down. We ended up renting a table from someone else. And the worst, we got stuck in the elevator on the 7th floor. My husband was able to pry open the doors, but the service button and emergency button inside didn't work at all so if he wasn't there God only know how long we'd have been stuck. Our phone in our room also didn't work.

Love the beach access! Very friendly helpful staff. Decently clean, bathroom could use some work.

Some rooms are outdated and not all have the mini fridge/ small kitchen as depicted online. My family member's suite air conditioning had issues and generated alot of humidity that made ceiling start leaking.

If up to date fashionable decor is a must, swing past this place. It is in need of a brush up, modernisation and sprucing up. It didn't bother me so much, but to some expectations might be higher. Be prepared for some external noise, sometimes loud at all times of day and night....not necessarily the fault of RV hotel, but it is a fair to warn. Used toilet paper in basket, not pan....but it would be good to have a reminder notice for those coming from places this procedure isn't normal. WiFi sometimes dropped out on balcony. Also, not many charging points/electric sockets by the bed. I had restricted sea view.

Location. In middle of Golden Zone on the beach. Excellent. Staff amazing: big shout out to Marcos, Artherudo, the two separate shift barmen genuinely hilarious and of course, The Big Book of Fishing!(?) All staff were great at making you feel welcome even though Spanish was not my first language. I didn't forget to tip these guys as they worked hard and definitely deserved it. Room spacious, clean, comfortable well serviced, Aircon, TV and kitchenette worked well. Balcony was large and mostly private. WiFi in the studio room was strong signal and consistent. Lifts work well, quiet and efficient. Great communication prior to arrival. Restaurant was good quality in choice and cuisine.

Noisy fridge, dirty looking sofa bed, noisy AC .

The room was good & spacious & the balcony & view were outstanding , beds were comfortable, except that we had a very noisy beat up fridge. As well if you used the AC it was very noisy. For the most part it was very good .,The room & furniture needs some updating. The chambermaids were awesome, & the staff in general are all great.

Building needs a coat of paint and more functioning elevators. The guests are mostly older, retired, Americans. Which is great if that’s the vibe you are looking for.

Easy property to explore, clean and comfortable. The staff was sooo nice and helpful. Loved them!
